Value for money, εξαιρετικοί γυμναστές που μπορείς και συζητάς μαζί τους και προσαρμόζουν την άσκηση στις ανάγκες σου, πεντακάθαροι χώροι και πολύ φιλικό περιβάλλον. Δεν το αλλάζω με τίποτα. Πριν από 3 μήνες ξεκίνησα pilates και είχα την τύχη (εκείνη την ατυχία!) να έχω ως instructor την Αρμονία Σταματάκη. Η αφοσίωση της στο μάθημα και στο κάθε άτομο ξεχωριστά δημιουργεί μια πολύ οικεία, tailor-made εμπειρία! Πηγαίνω πάντα εγκάρδια γιατί κάθε φορά θα κάνει ένα διαφορετικό πρόγραμμα, προσαρμοσμένο στις ανάγκες της εκάστοτε ομάδας...Πραγματικά ευχαριστώ!
