★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Στην ιστοσελίδα τους λένε ότι έχουν έκθεση που λειτουργεί 10:00 -20:00.
Έχουν 1 αυτοκίνητο στη μέση του mall και δεν υπάρχει κανείς. Δεν απαντάει κανείς στο τηλέφωνο και με περνούν 3 ώρες αργότερα και μου λένε ότι είναι εκεί κάποιος 12:00 - 18:00.
Όταν τους είπα ότι στο site λένε ότι λειτουργούν από τις 10:00 μου είπαν ότι είναι άλλο πράγμα το site και να ξαναπάω αργότερα.
Ότι να ναι
On their website they say that they have a report that works from 10:00 to 20:00.
They have 1 car in the middle of the mall and there is no one. No one answers the phone and they pass me 3 hours later and tell me that someone is there 12:00 - 18:00.
When I told them that the site says that they work from 10:00 they told me that the site is another thing and I will go again later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ λυπηρό το ίσως καλύτερο ηλεκτρικό αυτοκίνητο της αγοράς να εκπροσωπείται στην Ελλάδα από την πλέον αγενή, αδιάφορη και μη εξυπηρετική ομάδα ανθρώπων.
Παρόλο που είχα κάνει παραγγελία online, αναγκάστηκα να την ακυρώσω όταν συνειδητοποίησα το χάος της ελληνικής "αντιπροσωπίας".
It is very sad that perhaps the best electric car on the market is represented in Greece by the most rude, indifferent and unhelpful group of people.
Although I had ordered online, I had to cancel it when I realized the chaos of the Greek "delegation".

Drive λίγο δύσκολο γιατί δεν υπάρχουν διαθέσιμα αυτοκίνητα.
There is no delegation. No showroom. It is inside the Golden Hall. The Tesla Y has only one car and one stand with information desk.Test
Drive a little difficult because there are no cars available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 years ago while studying in Boston we decided to visit a tesla store. We admired tesla for its minimalistic design and innovative features but back then a car wasn’t sth we really needed. However, during our stay not only we visited its store 3 times but we also did a test drive.
Now we are back in Greece, we are going to order our tesla car the coming week, so we decided to visit Golden Hall‘s pop up store just to refresh our memory. The car is as expected.. The staff is disappointing.
We got in the car and went out fast. No one was next in line so 3 boys probably at the age we were while in the US asked for the salesperson’s permit to get in. So the guy told them that only people who are going to buy the car are allowed to see it!!!! He practically refused to let them in!!!
I felt so embarrassed that I told the boys to go ahead and see the car, use some of our time. And salesman told me that I am interrupting his work!!!! So I felt even more embarrassed on his behalf! Somebody has to explain to him that he is not a bouncer at a clubs door! Maybe that’s his dream job but this is not the right place to show off his talent!
