Great hotel and staff. As a property manager on my own - we found the customer service extremely tentative and welcoming. Lovely views, luxury environment and the most memorable holiday of my recent visit on crete. Maria and Giannis went beyond their way to assist us with every single request.

Our stay in Alti Suites was nothing short of AMAZING! The staff were so helpful and friendly we practically felt at home. The best part was the breathtaking view you can enjoy from the suites. Looking forward to visiting this place again! 10/10 would recommend!!

Can’t say enough for this boutique Gem overlooking the Caldera. From the initial phone call at reservations, to the moment of check-out , all I can remember is politeness kindness professionalism and a smile! The hotel itself is gorgeous, with attention paid in every detail and super stylish! The property is truly spotless! If you stay here don’t miss the premier suite with the private terrace and jacuzzi pool with fantastic sunsets! Maria the owner and the staff are super friendly And specially Gogo who is always happy to accommodate! Extra points that made us super happy is that they accepted Lax our Westie dog to stay with us! Breakfast is served in the room and is delicious! Sorry If I forget something All in all 5-star experience! Don’t miss Alti suites!

Our stay in Alti suites was amazing. The memories from our trip to Santorini will be with us for ever. The island is beautiful and our suite had a breath taking view of the volcano! The staff was friendly and accommodating. It was my fiance's birthday and they even surprised us with a cake and wine!! We were beyond happy. My overall review is of a really nice situated hotel with friendly staff and the most amazing view!!

Poor communication and inflexible in a global pandemic! I booked a stay at Alti Suites for July of 2020. When the pandemic hit, Greece set a law to where hotels could keep your money and offer you a credit for a later stay. That was totally fine and understandable. They issued me an 18 month voucher that was good until January of 2022, BUT here's the issue, they're closed for 5 months out of the year so this 18 month voucher, would have technically gone to October 2022 with their closed months. July 2020 - October 2020 - Open for 4 months April 2021 - October 2021 - Open for 7 months April 2022 - October 2022 - Open for 7 months Total: 18 months Fast forward to September of this year (2021), I contacted Alti Suites to ask if they could rebook my stay for May of 2022 for my honeymoon as their 18 month voucher didn't add up if they were closed for 8 months of it during my voucher period. A gentleman named Christos declined and would only extend my voucher until April 2022. I kindly asked him if they would be flexible to give me a few extra days as I am getting married on April 31st and couldn't make it to Greece until May 3rd. He declined and said he would forward this message to his Sales Manager. After not hearing back from them for several days, I reached out again via phone. The front desk person said my message has been received and I would hear back shortly. I emailed again several days later, but nobody ever followed up. After reading other reviews, I'm not sure there is a Sales Manager and I don't think they really care about you once you've booked. It's now December and after a few months of thinking about this experience, if they will only honor their 18 month voucher period without the exception of them being closed for 5 months, then fine. It doesn't make sense to me, but okay. To not respond to me and be rude in your last email isn't acceptable and is poor customer service and hospitality. I was kind, explained my situation, and asked for mild flexibility during a global pandemic. I don't think it was too much to ask for. I lost $3,000 on this booking and will never ever recommend this hotel to anyone I know.

Staff were very friendly and a good laugh, they were also very helpful with any recommendations for good places to eat and places to see during our stay! Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely be back! Thank you so much

Great 5 night stay with my wife. Very attentive service throughout made our stay a real pleasure. Such a beautiful country and we'll definitely be back for another visit. The view of the caldera is special and photos do not do it justice. You just need to come see it for yourself!

This place was amazing. We were a group of 11 and had all of the suites to ourselves. Dionisis & Georgia were absolutely perfect. They are beyond helpful, super attentive and just great fun and friendly people. They were there to assist us with whatever we needed whether it be transportation, excursions, dinner, etc. Georgia went to the supermarket to get snacks for one of our vegan travelers. The property itself is amazing. We stayed in the Honeymoon Suite. Shower was fantastic. Nice privacy. The view of the caldera is Incredible. Pools for every suite! Breakfast being included every morning on the balcony was incredible. We stayed 5 nights and we will definitely be returning again! I can't say enough about how great of an experience this was between the property itself and the customer service / concierge service my entire group received! I would recommend Alti Santorini Suites to anyone!
