Arrived on 4 June with some worries after reading some not very nice reviews but I can truthly say that this place is smashing with great staff lovely food amazing views would definitely recommend a holiday here at the Aluasoul

A MUST! The hotel is simply a breath-taker. The decoration and the colors are just so right to feel like your vacation already started it since the moment you put a foot on this amazing facility. It seemed very new to me, the room was just perfect and the bed was insanely comfortable, it had been ages since I haven't slept that well. The food was very varied and super tasty, and that is something that usually doesn't happen in a buffet, but Aluasoul Zakynthos exceed themselves not only with a great buffet, they also had a restaurant "a la carte" with some delicated and modern cuisine. Infinity pool with sea view makes you feel like you are floating in the ocean while you relax and enjoy the sun of the greek island. Concerning the staff, don't like to generalized, but every one was so kind and professional. They really made my stay so nice being so friendly. In terms of housekeeping, the ladies do a recognizable work! It was just perfect, I recommended 100% and I will come next year for sure, like, how could I not? IT'S A MUST

What let's this lovely small hotel down is the segregation of clients. Some pay extra for a suite, close to the sea with small pools outside the room. They are considered the "favourite club' (fc). However, everyone else , the "unfavourite club Ufc)" are not allowed there nor the sun beds near there nor the bar area on that terrace. This terrace sits empty all day and the other bar and pool area is heaving and overcrowded. The ufc have blue towels whilst the fc have green. In the beautiful dining area the segregation continues and we also had to suffer when a tour operator group who also took over large area of the dining area. Consequently we the ufc couldn't sit outside for dinner. The hotel is too small for this type of segregation and even though we didn't pay for a suite( don't sit in my room all day) we paid 2.5k for our holiday and don't expect to be treated like second class citizens. We met people who had been before and now will not return because of this. All people in the ufc were very unhappy about the segregation. The reception staff except one are unhelpful and dismissive. Plus side food is well cooked delicious and plenty of choice. The staff are friendly and take pride in their cuisine. The room is clean and the maids work hard and do a good job. Although many people had leaking air con( our room 611 was fine). The gold star has to go to Alex( bar manager) and Tony bar staff, they are fun, professional kind and helpful, they work really hard to ensure that everyone is happy. Goodness the hotel would struggle without them!

Me and my wife arrived really late after an exhausting day, we were allocated a room with a few issues, on approaching staff regarding these they did the best to rectify the problem. The bar manager Alex went above and beyond even buying us our first gyros and sorting a room for us for the night. In the morning the Spanish Hotel Manager was so apologetic and understanding, All the staff have been great and a credit to the hotel. Jim

Excellent resort to stop for couples ,nice if you want a quite break lovely hotel perfect stop weather is excellent at 32 degrees.. great entertainment and food room, cleaned every day , staff are really friendly and helpful. Especially the manager Eleni who welcomed us on our first day nothing was too much trouble. View from room is fantastic over the sea. Happy customer ?
