Ambelos Village - Epar.Od. Nikitis-Sartis

Πολυ καλή επιλογή για απόδραση στο Νέο Μαρμαρά. Ιδανικό μέρος για να μείνει μια παρέα όπως ήμασταν εμείς. Εκμεταλλευτηκαμε την πισίνα και το μπαρμπεκιου και αράξαμε με θέα το ηλιοβασίλεμα. Σίγουρα θα τα ξαναπούμε!

A very nice, clean and cozy villa. Exactly what we were looking for. Hope we see you again this year!

Excellent location, beaches, restaurants, bakery, supermarket - all within 5 min driving range. You can even walk from the house to a (rather wild) beach right in front. The houses have plenty of parking space and a pool (non-functional due to Covid we were told). We found the houses (two villas sharing same common spaces) to be ideal for groups of friends. Idyllic setting and great outdoors spaces - wonderful terraces and balconies overlooking the sea, great view of the sunset and also great for stargazing at night. The houses themselves however are not in a great condition. Each house has three bedrooms and three bathrooms which is ideal when traveling in large groups/couples. Shower curtains would be nice in the bathrooms as they’re rather on the small side. Some of the bedrooms are (much) better than others. The kitchens are decent and contain all basic equipments (good fridge, oven, coffee maker), although a microwave could be handy. The house was quite clean, however some of the basic amenities were missing and we had to contact the owners for help (towel change, iron & board, no washing machine, dishwasher out of order). Some of the room aircos were not properly cooling, and there was a serious problem with the water pressure when multiple people were showering. In my opinion these things are not acceptable at that price range. 3,5 would be the most appropriate rating, but since we all found the details that make the difference not properly taken care of, I’m going to stick to 3. We did have a good time in the houses and Sithonia all in all, the owners were also very friendly and helpful people.

We stayed at Ambelos Village the first days of October and we really loved it! The view from the terrace is stunning and we really enjoyed the most beautiful sunset! The villas are really close to the center of Neos Marmaras (about 3 mins by car) where all the shops and restaurants are. There is also an almost private beach in front of the property, perfect for children and people that need peace and calmness!!! Our villa was cute and well equipped. The owners were really friendly and helpful with any request we had! They spoke really good English which made it easy for us to communicate. We will surely prefer Ambelos Village again on our next visit to Halkidiki and highly recommend it!!!
