An amazing apartments with beautiful see view, 1 minute from the Kallithea beach and 1 minute from Kallithea Center. Really perfect vacation!

I would really suggest this place. I t s the best apartmemts over Kallithea, nice view, clean rooms and 5' from the beach and the center. We will come back soon

This is why I give 3 stars. We were in apartment " Eleni " for 7 nights in September. - It was clean when we get the apartment, the glass door in the shower was broken. When I tried to close the whole glass door stayed in my arms, so we had to shower with open doors and not touching it at all. The towels that we got were different sizes and old more than 5 years. We also got only one towel for the face. So it total 3 towels and 2 toilet paper and one sheet for covering for one week. When they clean the apartment, the floor was still not clean, but we got 4 towels and no toilet paper, so we had to buy ourselves. Some good point, that was quite and away from the main centre, still close to get there, but the walls from the apartments are very thin and can be hear everything. The view is very nice and that is a bit hidden it gives a privacy feeling and if you are morning person you can see the beautiful sunrise. There is big space in front of the apartment, but the grass was drained and the fance not very stable for small kids.There were stairs 127 in total that can take you to the beach, not so much with lot of breaks in between, but there is no fence on them, so with kids you have to take care, although there is another road for cars on 100m from the apartments too. The outdoor chairs and the table were also very old. There was sanbads, but we had to share with the apartment next to us. Across the apartments was a big grocery store and all of the restaurants were in just few minutes of walk.Overall it was nice place to stay, but there are lot of things to be fixed so they get the name luxury
