★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καθαρό δωμάτιο. Πολύ κοντά στο κεντρικό δρόμο. Ευγενικοί και πρόσχαρεις οι ιδιοκτήτεςτων δωματίων.
 Clean room. Very close to the main street. Courteous and indulgent the owners of the rooms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Отличное расположение: до пляжа 8 минут пешком, рядом магазины, таверны и различные кафе. В апартаментах есть всё необходимое. Сервис отличный, очень гостеприимная хозяйка. У меня только хорошие впечатления.
Excellent location: 8 minutes walk to the beach, close to shops, taverns and various cafes. The apartment has everything you need. The service is excellent, the hostess is very hospitable. I have only good impressions.

Βολική τοποθεσία, 10λεπτο περπάτημα μέχρι την παραλία και κανα 35λεπτό απο τα νυχτερινά μαγαζιά.....Καθημερινή καθαριότητα του δωματίου, τεράστιο μπαλκόνι, πολύ φιλική εξυπηρέτηση τόσο απο το προσωπικό οσο και απο την ιδιοκτήτρια.....
Κανένα παράπονο, θα το ξαναπροτιμησω.
Accommodation in the center of Kallithea ....
Convenient location, 10 minute walk to the beach and 35 minutes from the night shops ..... Daily cleaning of the room, huge balcony, very friendly service from both the staff and the owner .....
No complaints, I will prefer it again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Эконом вариант.. Фото приукрашены. И смотря где поселят.. Нас сначала разместили на 1 этаже с одной дверью прямо на улицу - конура. Пожаловались, через 2 дня перевели на 2 этаж - там прилично
Economy option .. Photos are embellished. And depending on where they will settle .. We were first placed on the 1st floor with one door directly to the street - a kennel. They complained, after 2 days they were transferred to the 2nd floor - it's decent there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location at the center of Kallithea village and also value for money. The beach was only 5 minutes on foot. I highly recommend it, especially for families as the rooms are spacious ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our staying was perfect. The estate was so cute, near to the beach and the city center. The room was comfy and very clean and it had a big private balcony, too. The owner and the staff was also really polite, friendly and helpful. Thank you! Would definitely come back. I strongly recommend.
