Quiet comfortable hotel, cleanliness in the room and on the territory, large swimming pool, pleasant staff.

Never had a worst experience then here, the appartements look good but once inside you’ll notice it is not even worth 1 star, reviews are fake, the bed is like a beton Floor and the airco does not even work, besides when you book it says the airco is included but you Will have to Pay for it afterwards, the electricity stopped working and The service is bad

Lovely apartments within the vicinity of shops and restaurants. Ten minutes walk to bottom of Malia strip with many more bars. Lovely pool and friendly staff.

On arrival, the staff waited until we arrived because the flight was in the middle of the night! excellent! the hotel and the view and the pool was presies as the picture even better! The service was excellent, friendly staff, speaks good english! the food is good care and lots of choice. The location is perfect, not too close to the beach for the hustle 30 meters away and 10 meters away from the best street with all the restaurants and gift shops! This hotel really is a must! I'm back here next year!

Positive: - The accommodation was exactly same like on the pictures - It is really close to the sea (2 minutes at most) - The public beach has a lot of free sunbeds with umbrellas available, is sandy and the sea is clean and perfectly calm at fine weather - Friendly and helpful staff - We felt pampered like princesses :) - Very clean, spacious rooms - A corner suite "Deluxe Apartment with Sea View" has a huge terrace with an excellent view at both sea and mountains - Spotless cleaning; towels and bed changed everyday - A kettle, portable electric stove and a wide range of kitchenware were available - Very well-kept pool - Just like on the pictures; there is a possibility to order a drink or meal during day hours at reasonable price; the staff even borrowed us a ball for playing in the pool with kid - The breakfast is plentiful - there is always enough to pick from, fruit is fresh and local jams are simply the best ones we have ever tasted - Multiple restaurants and small markets really close by - A bunch of restaurants is a couple of steps away (Pyrgos across the street was our favourite), a convenience store is around the corner and the main street is circa 5 minutes away - Discreet, quiet location - I was very pleasantly surprised because Malia has been known for people seeking parties but it was ideal for a family trip.

Positive: The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The team of staff run by Maria were professional, friendly and always on hand to help with information/advice. We felt very welcome and would love to go back. The cleaner did a wonderful job of looking after our room and our teenagers' room, not easy!!.

Positive: It’s a perfectly located small hotel close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Customer service- brilliant, extremely helpful, kind and caring. The apartments are very clean and so are the hotel premises including the pool which is a perfect size as well. Even the music in the background was perfectly selected:) I would definitely go back there again with my family..

Positive: Lovely staff not far from restaurants, bars and beach. Negative: We felt a little disappointed. Our room was a double sea view room . Not sure how it can be called sea view ? Had a tiny corner of the sea looked out onto mountains and garden not unpleasant just not what we expected. We also felt disappointed that there was upgraded rooms but cheaper than ours . Our balcony furniture was very basic compared to the upgraded cheaper apartments. kitchen appliances very basic too ..
