V	Victoria Hemus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ where do i start . room was appalling food was awful ,no toaster no bacon for breakfast no fried eggs no bacon no toast,scrambled egg cut into squares chips frankfurter sausages.beans.no variety for evening meals snacks consisted of trifle sponge fingers it was awful to top it all the waitrs didnt clean your table you had to do it yourself some of the staff were nice .and the room omg ive seen better prison cells .

Ρ	Ρια Φλερ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ it wad not in my plan to write a review for this hotel but after reading all the untruth critics I felt I had to.First of all the hotel is recently renovated someone can see it with the first glance entrance restaurant incredibly nice pool with Jacuzzi and Children's Pool pool bar sitting area balconies stairs partly rooms .The rooms are simply but clean the food is very tasty people forget that is a 3star hotel.Yes cleaning was every 3days due to covid Crete was in red that period so new protocols.The manager explained us the reason normally is every day but it's no hotel fault for that.On a all people pay less and expect 4 star hotel it is not fair.Personally I find it perfect comparing of what I have paid.One more thing perfect stuff super friendly I felt safe due to covid all the protocols are being strictly followed.Dont believe what ever is here Written I will visit Triton hotel again and again and again....

S	Sorin Arabolu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean room, not very spacious and with some oldish furniture, but the staff is very nice and they try their best to make you feel important. The food is very good, and I was quite surprised to see the diversity. Very close to the beach (about 5 min walk), city centre (about 10 min walk) from where you can catch a bus to Heraklion, or somewhere else you want to go. The view is very interesting, sea at the front, mountain at the back. They also have a pool, but I haven't tried it yet. Very good location for families and weekend city-break.

Not a bad word to say about the hotel, clean rooms, great service, fresh food and always a smile and a story. 5 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from the old town, perfect location and a great base from which to explore the island. Can't wait to come back next year.

The placement of the hotel is also a huge plus: 50 m to nearest supermarket and the main shopping street in Malia is also right by. The beach is also very close. The only downsides for me is the interior, food and the AC of the hotel. We got the breakfeast package and the food is equal to the three stars of the hotel. Luckily there are many amazing and affordable resturants nearby. The hotel is not very modern for its looks but does its job(nothing to complain about really). The biggest problem was the AC: we were promised AC when we ordered but were informed when we got there that we had to pay for it (8€ each day). This hotel is good if you want to explore malia and use the hotel for small breaks in your room or by the pool. If you want to just stay in the hotel, i would maybe recommend somewhere else?
