★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super friendly staff, very nice clean and (new) rooms. We received a free upgrade to the new building, which was superbe; breakfast was very nice too.
Definitely recommend staying here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A well-kept and clean facility, a very nice terrace, and the manager Paola was extremely kind, she organized the transfer from the port for both round trips and also helped us organize a rental car for the stay. The bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was super tasty and plentiful with the possibility of having it on the terrace or in the room. Also at most 10 minutes walk from the center, 2 minutes from the supermarket, 15 minutes from the beautiful beach.
But we found some structural drawbacks: 1. The shower got flooded. 2. The room we were given was next to the reception room and our balcony overlooked the nearby street so we had no privacy unless the curtains were drawn and it was also noisy at times. 3. We heard the sound of water coming from the balcony and observing it was the water coming from the swimming pool (terrace), so being on the balcony was not the best. If we knew this from the beginning, we would certainly have accepted the change of hotel that was proposed to us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The experience in this hotel was magnificent! The room was spectacular and the room service amazing. The receptionist was very friendly and kind. The breakfast was delicious therefore you were full till lunch! 5 minutes walk to Xora which helped dozen of nights. Swimming pool at the rooftop with massage, I couldn’t ask for more!!!
I would definitely stay again if I come to Naxos next summer and the reasons given above is why I will be giving 5 stars!
