Β	Βασιλική Πλέστη on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι! Δεν ανεβάζουν ποτε τα αποτελέσματα του rapid test. Το Service level χαμηλό ήταν πάντα και δεν νομίζω ότι επιθυμούν να το βελτιώσουν. Να σημείωσω ότι το τεστ έγινε στις 11.00 το πρωί και έως Τις 20.00 δεν είχε ανεβεί. Καλώ στο κινητό που υπάρχει στη σελίδα και η απάντηση του κυρίου που το σήκωσε ήταν «και τι να κάνω εγώ;» Unacceptable! They never upload the results of the rapid test. The service level has always been low and I do not think they want to improve it. Note that the test took place at 11.00 in the morning and by 20.00 it had not gone up. I called on the cell phone on the page and the answer of the gentleman who picked it up was "and what should I do?"
Π	ΠΑΡΑΣΚΕΥΗ ΑΝΑΣΤΑΣΙΟΥ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είμαι έγκυος υποτίθεται άτομο με προτεραιότητα,με είχαν στην αναμονή 40 λεπτά για εξετάσεις αίματος που ήθελα να κάνω (νηστική λόγω των εξετάσεων) και αφού με φώναξαν για να γίνει τελικά η αιμοληψία μου είπαν ότι δεν μπορούν να γίνουν οι εξετάσεις μου γιατί δεν είναι συμβεβλημένοι με το ταμείο μου...Η κοπέλα όμως στην υποδοχή μου ειπε ότι μπορώ να τις κάνω..Όταν τους το είπα, μου απάντησαν οτι απλά η κοπέλα δεν γνώριζε,ωραία δικαιολογία,είναι σ'αυτή τη θέση και δεν ξέρει τα βασικά και εννοείται ούτε μια συγνώμη που με είχαν τόση ώρα εκεί άδικα,αφού τελικά εξυπηρετήθηκα από άλλο διαγνωστικό κέντρο..Αντιεπαγγελματική τελείως συμπεριφορά...Λυπάμαι πολύ που δεν σε βλέπουν σαν άνθρωπο. I am supposed to be a pregnant person with priority, they had me waiting for 40 minutes for blood tests that I wanted to do (fasting because of the tests) and after they called me to finally do the blood sampling they told me that my tests could not be done because they are not contracted with my cash register ... But the girl at the reception told me that I could do them..When I told them, they replied that the girl just did not know, nice excuse, she is in this position and does not know the basics and I do not mean a single apology that they had me there for so long unjustly, since I was finally served by another diagnostic center..A completely unprofessional behavior ... I am very sorry that they do not see you as a person.

Συγχαρητήρια✌ I went with my 8 month old daughter for a strep test. The girls at the reception were polite, the girl who took the test was correct and friendly. Congratulations ✌
e	eleuth k on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μηδέν! Πήρα τηλέφωνο να ρωτήσω κόστος εξέτασης μου είπαν άλλο από αυτό που πληρωσα τελικά κ είναι η δεύτερη φορά!!! Δεν μπορώ να καταλάβω αν έχουν προβλημα κατανόησης οι κυρίες στα τηλέφωνα 'η έχουν έλλειψη εκπαίδευσης! Ευτυχώς το κατάστημα στην Μάνδρα έχει καλυτερη εξυπηρέτηση! Zero! I got on the phone to ask for an examination cost, they told me other than what I finally paid and it is the second time !!! I can not understand if the ladies have a problem of understanding on the phones or they lack education! Fortunately, the store in Mandra has better service!
