The photos uploaded are nothing like the hotel. The pool was clean but half the size of the photo's with absolutely no view. The receptionists were nice and smiley but the breakfast was really bad and served in what I would call a semi basement. Finally, the photos of the jacuzzi is of only one room whose price is higher than the others . We payed for a room with 'sea view' ,which was not what we expected and our room was also semi basement (next to the room where the breakfast was served) All in all the place is extremely overpriced and not at all what it looks like in the photos.

this is a great hotel, the rooms are very spacious and clean. the pool is friendly, very good choice for breakfast. very very well placed by contribution to the city. and all the staff are very kind

Currently enjoying day 8 of a 10 day stay here at the hotel (peak season in August 2021) Where do I begin? The hotel itself is immaculatly clean. Pool area is so peaceful and quiet. Never had to fight for a sun lounger. Pool towels provided. The room we stayed in is room 12 on the ground floor. Very spacious. Plenty of storage. Private hot tub on the terrace. In the midst of a heatwave, the aircon was a god send. Breakfast was great, fresh and always plenty of choice. If you do fancy a change there is a little restaurant just outside the hotel called Panigyri that i would highly recommend. Hotel itself is located close enough to the main square where you have all the bars and restaurants but far enough away from the hustle and bustle so that you can also relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. Now, What makes this hotel is the staff. From the two ladies on reception to the cleaners, nothing was ever too much trouble. They helped recommend places to eat, places to visit, helped us arrange transport and excursions. Always happy, smiling and the loveliest of people. By far the best hotel we have ever stayed in when travelling. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to visit Santorini. Thank you to all the staff Anemnesis for helping make out first holiday as a couple one I will never forget. Love Laura & Dom x

Nice ambience, clean and pretty room, we got a whirlpool on our terrace and a nice view ! bathroom and living room in good taste . very friendly staff , they try to fill out all your wishes :) well located close to the square

We had a wonderful time thanks to the extraordinary and hardworking Anamnesis team. Our room was just perfect: clean comfortable and with views to the see and the magical sunrise of Santorini. We had everything we needed. The hotel is perfectly located in Fira (close to all restaurants/commercial area but nor in the middle of the crowded area). The team helped us with everything we needed extra (transport, restaurants recommendations, etc.) and made everything perfect for us. Thank you very much!!!

Clever use of pictures over promise but real structure finally under deliver. Average hotel with bad breakfast. Very smart positioning and helpful staff.

Arrived on the 11th of May, was greeted by a wonderfully charming man by the name of Severino. He was extremely helpful as all staff were during our 7 night stay. Hotel was fabulous, cleaned regularly and its only a one minute walk to all the nightlife but quiet enough if you just want a relaxing evening. Can't thank them enough. Hope to see you soon.

Fantastic hotel! Staff are nice and friendly. The rooms are super clean and there is also daily room service. Breakfast was great as well. We loved our stay here. Highly recommended.
