★ ★ ★ ★ ★ STAY HERE! Vassilis, the owner, is incredible. He kept in touch with me before our trip and provided a list of services and things to do around the island. He partners with a van service that picked us up from the ferry for free and brought us to the hotel. Vassilis also took the time to sit down with us and go over a map of the island and how to get around. He provided suggestions and let us know what places were worth seeing. Simply put, he is the perfect example of how a business should be run. He actually cares about us his customers and goes out of his way to make the experience a great one. The room had AC, a TV, a fridge, and a wonderful patio. When you walk through the hotel gate, there’s a really nice seating area outside as well. I highly recommend Villa Toula and would rebook in a heartbeat!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We arrived here by accident. Still, the room was very beautiful with nice decoration and clean. Mr Vasilis was very friendly and informative about all the activities you can do. Tea, coffee and cake are served as breakfast for free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent location and a cozy place to relax and unwind. The bed was small and firm, and the shower curtain does now cover the entire shower so every time you take a shower the bathroom floor gets soaked. And the mini fridge would only freeze everything. Tried it at every temperature setting, maybe I have to leave the fridge door cracked open so it doesn’t freeze everything inside. With that said, it was still worth it for the price and the location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice stay for a double room. The room was decent sized and also came with a private balcony with a table and a drying rack. The price was very reasonable (only around $70). The staff was very friendly and helpful: responded to our question on Facebook, helped us buy a ticket for the volcano tour, and also helped us print our Ryanair boarding pass. The location is only a 5 minute walk from the bus station

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soo. Room 12. Heating is dead. First floor is out of electricity and this problem is known. You cannot switch it on. Room 14 big and cold. Air heating is bad. Room 16 on the first floor nice and with good heating but ? 20 min later is black out and no way to switch it on because there is a lock. After that wi fi is down. Owner of this hotel is not answering. Booking.com called him today twice and no response. So we are in cold hole now and hope not to die. If you don't believe me, just book this hotel for 1 night and you will see.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent location close to everything . Restaurant and shop . Room decent i guess for the price . Very weird bathroom toilet shower almost the same spots . Good things they have a little balcony . No receptionist nobody at the front desk . Have to ask someone call the owner asking for the wifi pw .
