We’ve been here for about a day now, overall not super impressed with the hotel. Location and hotel is gorgeous!! The staff are super nice and helpful too! They offered us a welcome drink once we got settled in. However, Once we arrived and toured the hotel, it appeared that the hotel was practically deserted. We could see maybe a couple other guests and the rest staff. Not a lot going on. We got checked into our room to find no WiFi, which makes it hard to navigate and plan your stay. Especially if you don’t know the island. Trying to charge our phones after a long travel day, there was only one plug in a reasonable spot. At this point, we just wanted to lay down for a second...Our beds were surprisingly hard and feel more like a box spring(the pillows thankfully are super comfy!) We quickly realized there isn’t a lot around us. We went to Spilina ? The restaurant located on the water at the hotel. Other than salad and desert, there was nothing under 40€ (We’re from Canada and the exchange rate is almost double, making this ridiculously expensive) We also found out it’s 15€ to play POOL for ONE HOUR... that’s about $28CAD Also, just a note, they serve mainly pastries for breakfast. If you have a sweet tooth you’re in luck!

The place looks nice and the view and pool are great. The rooms is also nice and clean but when we arrived there were a lot of muskitos, the beds are killing! The friendly Greek we know is not seen here, maybe some but not many, day after we went to the beach below, very great looking but you have to pay 50'- euro for to beds! And a peasant standing in front of you the whole time. The place is really nice but with all this we didn't had a nice stay, we are in Paros now and we had a nice welkom here like it used to, nice beds! Time to enjoy Avoid the restaurant below Spilia, other restaurants nearby are great! Nice friendly people and great food and nog expensive.

This place is one if the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. The staff is rude and never smiles. The rooms aren't anything special, but the staff don't really knock when entering the room. The WiFi is not free and it's only available in the lobby. The breakfast service is only available a few hrs and not that great. My overall experience is that I won't ever stay there again.

Very nice location and the staff was wonderful! Nice pool and I loved the bar and pool table inside! Food was ok, specially the fresh salad. However, vegetarian for them is pescatarian. Make sure to ask if theres fish if you don't eat fish. I'd say there's a regular bus to Mykonos town. We ate regularly at the restaurant nearby up the hill. Recommend! However the lighting in the room was dim and we needed to clean our clothes after like 2-3 weeks of no cleaning. I wanted it cleaned but one shopping bag of clothes would cost 70 euros! So I just hand washed most or it... Also, the sun benches on the beach are not on discount for hotel guests and are expensive in my opinion

Amazing location !! An open view to the sea and hills . You will love the pool and will enjoy the food and drinks at the restaurant located downstairs . Many opinions regarding rooms and furniture : ok ! It's nothing brand new but nobody stays all the day inside the room . The facility is clean, safe and tidy . What else ? Outside warm open air and a blue transparent sea waits for you . Great for families . Avoid visit with disable people : Long stairs everywhere.

Very poor experience at this neglected hotel. Rooms are small, not properly cleaned, very rustic, beds not comfortable with bed bugs. The breakfast is a joke. This is the most overpriced hotel I 've seen Don't go

Great location, friendly staff overall. Room value for money is very poor. Very basic accommodation vs the price, no fridge, no plugs. Pay extra for sea view that is blocked by trees. No one informed us about breakfast times as soon as we arrived - very basic communication skills from the staff.

Positive things first: The location is great. We had a great view from our room. You have two nice big beaches close to you and a small hidden one. Three good restaurants and a bar/club to make party. The hotel itself looks nice from the outside. The rooms are a maximum two star standard, but clean and you get new towels everyday. The breakfast buffet was a catastrophe consisting of undrinkable old juice, watercoffee, butter, dry old bread, cheap supersweet (negative) muffins/donuts and some warmed up deep fry stuff. Our table wasn’t cleaned for ten days(!), just the dishes removed. The service was non existent with staff that had no motivation and/or being there for the guests. Even though there were like 5-6 staff around the office everytime, they were mostly hanging out and smoking, drinking, talking and being noisy all day until late in the night/early morning time. One of the worst things, was one staff member that had a serious flu or Corona, and was coughing heavily for several days and infected several other staff members. Of course none of them wearing masks or caring inside. All at a time when the infect numbers were ridiculous high… Mykonos is a great island in every way, but don’t choose this hotel (it is overpriced too).
