Hotel is ok. Pro: Food is good. Con: The spa and gym are a joke. There is no privacy in there. Is just one room with both the sauna, bath and jacuzzi in the same place. Away from town. Pool is small and gets CROWDED. They charged me n my friend 15E pp for transfer when they picked us up. Magically 2 days later they charged us 25E pp to take us back to airport because we “ stayed in different rooms”. Se we don’t pay per person we suddenly had to pay per person per room. My room 324 had the ac in such an angle that directly blows into your face. Overall I don’t think is worth it. Is not real luxury.

This is not a luxury hotel. From the outside looking in, it looks like it could be, the rooms are nice and clean, they have a great view. But service and accommodations are not up to par. The food is just okay, we tried a new dish each meal and they were all just okay. Many dishes lacked flavor, except for the fries, those were excellent. The staff at the restaurant was more than nice, however they definitely lacked training which is not on them but on the hotel. In addition, the restaurant policies were odd, for instance we asked for extra tzatziki with one of our dishes and we were told we would need to order the entire tzatziki starter dish. Another night, after apps, dinner and drinks I asked if I could order a dessert in a box so I could take it to the room. I was told they could not do that and I would have to order it as room service for an extra 20% charge. I work in hospitality and I would never try to cheap anyone out of money, we had an entire meal but yet I could not bring once dessert back to the room to save for later which to me is just in acceptable, if you market as a luxury hotel, the word no should rarely ever be used, especially in such a simple circumstance. The nickel and diming of guests at such a hotel is unacceptable. The front desk was even less accommodating. We were told transportation on the island is lacking but yet the hotel only takes you into town twice a day. I would assume a luxury hotel would be willing to take guests to and from town more frequently. We were also told they could help set up transportation in advance if we wanted to go to town but when we asked later on we were told we would have no problem getting a taxi, which contradicted what we were told on our first day which was that taxis were unreliable. Additionally, they provide one bottle of water for your entire stay. After that you must pay for all of the water you drink. This was the first place we stayed in Greece that did not provide free water whenever requested. As a luxury hotel, the least you can do is provide complimentary water whenever a guest requests. Lastly, we had informed the hotel that we were celebrating our honeymoon. In all of our other hotels in Greece, we were welcomed with either drinks or a bottle of wine in our room. We received nothing at Archipelagos. Again as someone in hospitality I would never try to cheat the system and get as many free items as possible. But this being our honeymoon and staying at a luxury hotel, I would expect more. In all, if you are looking for a regular hotel with decent rooms and an accessible restaurant, then you would be happy here. But if you are looking for luxury and all the bells and whistles, I would look somewhere else in Mykonos.

Nice hotel, quite hotel. Litle a bit far from capital town. Better to rent a car. Nice rooms, swimmingpool was great. And what was the best - breakfast. All from local farmers. And very very friendly staff ! ?

My wife and I ran our first international retreat at the Archipelagos Hotel and the team at Archipelagos were amazing! From the moment we arrive Leonidas meet us with a friendly smile, and warm energy and we knew that anything we needed, he would be there. The restaurant and pool staff of Kiriokos, Nikias, Fay, Jenny and Fotis were all extremely helpful and went out of their way to make the stay for us and our participants really special. The front desk staff was super accommodating to any of our requests and meant them with a huge smile. Even the owner Tonia, made sure that all of our needs were met and kept checking in with us. As for the hotel itself, the location is amazing, right on the water with a short walk to the beach. We also loved that it was small enough that you didn't have to go out early and try to save a pool spot which happens at a lot of other places. The rooms were very relaxing with beautiful views of the Aegean Sea. And that food was incredible! We got to really experience a variety of Greek Cuisine and it was all delightful. Our favorites were the octopus, beef stew and sea bream. They even made sure to accommodate our allergies and that we all had something special to eat. On my birthday I got lots of special treats including a breakfast sorbet which was delightful and they even made me my own homemade birthday cake! If you are looking for a beautiful location to relax and be taken care of by wonderful people, I would highly recommend Archipelagos. It will def be on our list when we return to Greece!

Spent a wonderful week at the Archipelagos Luxury Resort. The rooms were nice. The location and views were breathtaking. The food was delicious. But the Best thing about the Archipelagos was the staff, especially the wait staff (and the chef) who took care of my group on 9 who booked the hotel for a weeklong retreat. They were exemplary; professional and friendly; I will never forget how well they took care of us.

This hotel was by far my favorite place to stay during a 3 week Greece Honeymoon! The staff was incredibly friendly, accommodating, outgoing, and helpful. Breakfasts were great - the onsite bar was even better! The hotel is a bit far from restaurants and the shopping areas, but they do have a shuttle service running in the mornings and evenings. I would definitely recommend staying here!
