★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They look amazing on booking.com and on Google, because they found a way to block reviews after selling misleading images on booking.com.
First, our stay in the villa started with a surprise that the villa with private pool actually is very different from the photos. Please see the attached screenshots where they explain how they put the wrong images by mistake.
Then they told Booking that our stay was a no show, even though we paid and actually stayed there for the entire duration. Please see the screenshot of the property manager promising to fix the mistake, which still hasn't been fixed. I had to make multiple complaints and calls to Booking too, but seems like there isn't much they can do.
Overall, the villa wasn't bad, which is why I'm giving 3 stars.
