★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uncomfortable beds, breakfast ist ok gut nothing special. A lot of dog barking from surrounding houses + straying dogs. Staff is very friendly. Restaurants can bei reached by foot within 10-15 minutes.

First of all we payed for a suite and they gave us a double room charging us the highest price and trying to convince us that it was a suite. We had to contact our travel agency to solve the problem because they refused to give us a solution.
Central heating didn't run and it was freezing outside due to a cyclon, the private air conditioning unit didn't either.
For the second night we finally got a suite thanks to our travel operator (it was much more expensive a suite and the didn't offer us a refund, this was why we were perseverating ) but they shut off the water that supplied the bath to prevent us from using the jacuzzi.
If you are looking for real luxury do not go there, it is far from it. If you are looking for a quiet stay it depends: on the one hand is far from the city center so it is not very noisy, on the other hand you can hear your "neighbour" through the walls, they are paper thin.
FYI If you want to have a swim in the heated pool you will need to pay for it (5-6€ euros per person)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here one night a few years back. I knew the area very well so I thought I would give this place a try. I am giving it 3 stars because the staff was very nice but I did not like the Hotel itself. Room was not comfortable and the bed faces this large mirror which was not cool. TV was located high on the far right near the ceiling which I do not like, Id rather not look up in the sky when I am watching TV. It was not the best experience and their was nothing cozy about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel might claim to be luxury but the reality is that the air-conditioning doesn't work- set it at 10 C and you will boil. Don't try to cool yourself with an iced drink from the fridge because this does't work either. The hotel tried to get out of cleaning the room as they feel that leaving the room dirty is good for a pandemic.
