★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The breakfast room was 5-6 minutes away from the place we sleep. It was at main theoxenia palace building. It was great but walking for breakfast was not good. The beds were extreamly small. The room was clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a brilliant stay with Theoxenia House Hotel. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. It's in a lovely neighborhood and the staff were incredibly friendly. The facilities (bar, restaurant, breakfast and pool) are a 2 minute walk away at another building but I still found that it was very convenient.

Old furniture!
The staff was very cold! ( Never smile)
You need to walk 5 minutes for breakfast.

Staff should be seen and NOT HEARD - ALSO not to have sarcastic comments to guests.
Rooms NOT CLEANED WELL AT ALL - DUST ON ALL THE INTERNAL WINDOW SILLS, ART, DOOR FRAMES Etc.
Breakfast VERY BASIC... as in VERY BASIC.
TO USE INDOOR POOL IS €25.00 PER DAY.
ROOM SERVICE SURCHARGE €4.50 PER DELIVERY.
