This is the best family guest house with very clean swimming pool. I fill here like my home. Nice and friendly hosts. They help as a lot with more information about island. Large and clean rooms with kitchenette, balcony and air-conditioning. I will recommended this please to all my friends and tour operators in my country. This is the best place for family holiday. Room was simple but very clean. The bed was a bit hard but the maid was very helpful and put a mattress protector on it to make it more comfortable. Lovely pool. The only drawback was the apartments were right on the main road and it was a little noisy. There is no pavement outside, I wouldn't recommend if you have small children. We had a great time in Perissa. If you like walking we would recommend the mountain and ancient Thera. It is very interesting and a geologist delight. Go to Dorian's bar for a great friendly atmoshpere, cheap drinks and cocktails and great food.

Lovely place but main road crazy

It was amazing. The staff is patient and really cares about their guest. I will recommend to everyone to stay there as they are really understanding. We checked in earlier than the time and no cost was added. Thanks to all the staff. Shad.

I would call this hotel average. Not bad for the price but could do better. We stayed ina studio appartment so there was a tiny kitchenette but minimal cutlery, no washing up facilities (bring your own towel, washing up liquid, scourer etc or buy from the nearby Co-op) but sheets & towels were changed a few times during our stay. The hotel is on the edge of town, 5 mobs walk from the Co-op, 10 mins from shops & bars, 15 mobs from beach & more shops & bars

Lovely simple hotel in a very convenient location. Only a 10 min walk to the beach area where you'll find all the restaurants and bars you need. Supermarket just across the road, as well as an excellent bakery with all sorts of treats. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, nice balcony overlooking the pool for relaxing. Pool area is great, plenty seating areas Breakfast was simple but perfect. Just the right amount of selection daily to start the day off Staff were very friendly at all times, and very accommodating Highly recommend a stay here

Our stay at Andreas Studio was really great. Perfect place to stay in Santorini. Lovely clean, friendly and Great value apartments. The hotel was near a bust stop and a supermarket. The rooms were very big and there was a small kitchen. the pool was clean and big. The breakfast was provided by the hotel Breakfasts were variable, you could choose what you want to eat, always fresh and homemade and no limited. We Enjoyed the free breakfast. Omelette, boiled eggs, fresh bread, cheese toasties, sausages, yogurt, Danish pastries, biscuits and cakes, cheese spreads, jam etc. Tea coffee and fresh orange juice The staff were always friendly and helpful especially the owner who often stopped for a chat when we were on our way out. Location was perfect 7 minutes’ walk to a very nice beach and restaurant. 2 minutes to the bus stop which takes you to town about 20 minutes on the bus. A lovely supermarket and a bakery coffee shop in front of the property. Andrea a very lovely girl she is very helpful and nice. Parking available behind the house We are thinking of returning and would definitely stay here again. Awesome stay and friendly host. super cool swimming pool. easy access to public transportation. price worthy
