Condition of the place: Poor hygiene, thrifty place. The refrigerator was broken, the air conditioner neither work nor blew cold air and the socket next to the bed was broken and wires popped out. It posed a great hazard so I didn't use or get close to the plug in fear of getting electrified. They advertise free wifi but the wifi was useless and horribly slow all the times. I had to rely on my own cell phone data to get on the internet or go to a coffee shop next door and use their wifi instead. Beds were dirty and uncomfortable. There was a black stain on the bed sheet when I arrived and hair next to the pillow. It was gross. Staff: owner is greedy and unfriendly. He will want to charge you for a piece of advise. He also pushes people to rent a motorbike from his son business next door. Where is the Greek generosity in this island anymore? It seems like it's gone forever. Location: if you need to stay local to perissa area you will be ok, however, commuting to Fira or oia is a problem. You will need to take two different buses each time from perissa to Fira and then from Fira to oia and back. It is not cheap. Each time will cost you around 10 euro per person plus 1 hour at least commute time if you are lucky. Last bus to perissa runs at around 1am from Fira so you need to plan you return from oia at least 1.5 hour before so you can catch e last bus to perissa on time.

Nice and affordable option to stay. Friendly staff and decent place. Yes, the mattresses are a bit uncomfortable but what do you expect. Its conveniently located near the Black beach and there are plenty of places to eat along the beach.

I hated the bathroom, it had bad smell and the shower had no courtain. The bed was uncomfortable and has no potable water. Wifi was slow and don'nt offer breakfast. However, is located near to the bus stop, the Perissa beach and a 24/7 bakery. I just reccommed it for cheap sleeping with a lot of bottles of water.

I would recommend not paying before you see and test your accommodation to make sure it is up to what you expect and how much you are prepared to risk your health and safety. Check the taps and shower also. We paid for 3 nights, could barely stand to stay there 1. We immediately booked another place to stay the next morning. Our room stunk, the smell had been masked and at first we couldn't work it until we saw EVERY tiled surface had green mould in the grout, including the kitchen. The shower was like using a garden hose. The spray bit in the shower head was missing, so no spray. We've nicknamed this place the Mould-ives. Johns a nice guy though.

It was a big disappointment. The room had old furniture, the kitchenette did’t have anything beside a refrigerator, not even a glass or a plate. Bathroom was big but with very old tap and only with cold water. Warm water was available only at shower. I didn’t have courage to take shower without slippers because the bathroom tiles were old and I couldn’t say if they were clean or not. All doors were old and with rusty hinges. One of the bet sheet had a hole in it. Good part was dat cleaning lady changed towels and bed sheet every 2 days and also washed the floor. Also when we ask the owner to check light in bathroom he came right away and fix it. The interior courtyard very nice, with chairs, tables and benches and a small pool.

Budget places. The hosts are amazing and helpful. Internet works fine. The place is few steps away from the bus stop and some amazing bakeries. Beach is around 400 meter and quite comfortable to walk down. They have a swimming pool if you want to spend a lazy day!!!

Perfect location, bus stop is literally in the front of the hotel. Supermarket is just 100m away and the nearest beach is in 5 min walk distance. Place is quite old and equipment is very simple, but location and price do the job. Thin walls and road next to the hotel makes it very loud during night.

Well, it’s almost the cheapest place on Santorini near the beach, so you don’t expect much. Hotel is somehow cozy but abandoned. At least you have clean towels and bed sheets, warm water and a place where you can sleep :) There was a teapot but no mugs :) It’s enough for one night for adults, but totally don’t recommend staying here longer and with kids
