β β β β β Avoid room 21! It has the ambience of a prison cell. It should be the hotel storage room for mops and brooms.

β β β β β Our first room was pretty bad, the kitchen area was falling apart, and the bathroom would flood everytime you took a shower. The cabinet was almost hanging off the wall and they painted the tiles blue and as you walked you would rip the paint off. You had to go up a wobly flight of stairs to get to your bedroom which was a very low celling cave like room. Also I got locked in the bathroom where the locks are old and broken. But in all honesty with a bit of TLC you could make it a very lovely room. It was functional and clean. They where fully booked up so couldn't change our room till the second day. When they did it was a far better room, it was almost a converted barn (it's alot more pleasant than it sounds) and the room was massive and clean, however the single mattress itself was very dirty and needs a wash but the sheets where super clean. Great kitchen space and better lighting etc. Shower still got water everywhere but was a much nicer bathroom. Had the first room been cared for a bit more I would have easily given it a 4 star review. I think they are currently in the process of renovating each rooms one by one. The people where amazing and kind and for β¬20-35 per person Luca will take you to loads of places to vist for the day which turned out to be an amazing deal. He's a very nice guy and so is the lady at reception, very polite and made us feel at home. I would stay again if I found a cheap deal online like I did this time simply because it was clean, functional and located well and the people where super friendly. My only complaint is the place needs more care and a bit go work

β β β β β Great little budget family run studios, clean and close to both the beach and the main street.
It has a beautiful swimming pool and surrounds.
I noticed a few negative reviews but then again you can please everybody. For β¬50 for two nights stay in September on Santorini near a beach and main street it's great value
Highly recommended!!!!

β β β β β It was our worse holiday. Some other guests left and paid for different accommodation, which says everything about the standards.
The hotel and rooms did NOT look anything like the photos online.
Pool was filled with greenish water, treatment which cleared the water, was added on 3rd day after complaints from guests.
First room offered to us was in so bad state that my wife started to cry. Damaged furniture, moulded, filthy shower and damp signs on the walls around the rooms. Toilet doors didn't close properly. We were shocked how place like this, so different from photographs, can be offered to the guests.
I went to speak with the receptionist. Told us they were overbooked and have only two rooms at the moment, other guests arriving soon. Muttering about demanding clients (I know a bit of Greek as some of my employees are from there) he took us to the other room. As we were afraid they can order us to leave, we took it as no other choice at this point.
The room was cramped under the stairs in the corner of the building, with almost no light coming through tiny window (which opened in direction of the staircase, so anyone walking there was looking inside the room), we had to have a lamp on all the time otherwise it was too dark. There was a wardrobe with broken shelf and few hangers, three beds (one mattress on a stone stand and two single beds), dirty rusty fridge and small sink, two mismatched small bed tables and a mirror desk with a chair, which was all furniture in this βstudio apartmentβ, which supposed to accommodate three people.
No kettle, few different plates, two cups and mix of forks and knives.
A/C was rattling when in use, impossible to use during the night.
We didnβt have a good sleep for the whole duration of our holidays. The guests arriving/leaving at night with bags banging on the stairs, drunken guest coming late.
Bathroom was below any standards, I went to local store to purchase cleaning products for 15euro so we could use it. No shower curtain or holder for shower head, broken electric switch above the shower. Wall tiles were covered with limescale and soap residue. The floor tiles in the bathroom and the room, and wall tiles in the bathroom, were painted with peeling-off paint.
The only light in the bathroom was installed on the small cabinet above the hand basin, with exposed wire. There was rusted metal plate in the corner of the bathroom, not attached properly, I was afraid to even touch it. Overall look of the place was like from 80s in the last century.
Room service was poorly done. We chased maid for the towels 3 times, twice for shower floor mat and for the toilet paper. Cleaning standards very low, as a test we put a small piece of toilet paper on the tiles close to the shower, was there for 6 days!
Paid breakfast: cheap market toast bread, butter, cheap processed ham, butter or jam, cold hardboiled egg, horrible sugary juice and coffee from dodgy coffee maker, every day for 6 days, absolutely not worth price paid for, we ended up buying our fresh bread and other stuff to eat. Coffee was horrible in taste, so again we bought our own supply. Advertised bar doesnβt exist.
Last bitter piece was our departure day. The day before we asked the receptionist what time we need to leave the room, and she said normal time is 11 but as we came late we can stay till 2 pm on our last day. We went to the beach on the morning, planning to return to hotel around noon to pack and move out.
When enjoying the sun, shortly before 10am I had a phone call from the reception, then we need to empty the room now as she has new guests waiting now outside! They arrived last night for our room and the owner had to put the other people in another hotel on his own expenses as we were occupying their room (really? What about our reservation?). We had to cut short our last beach day going back quickly.
The Wi-Fi in the hotel doesnβt work.
This whole stay was from the nightmare and not worth the money paid.
