D	Daniel Geiger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a reservation last year! Two days before arrival my father past away! Hotel policy was no refunds? Where is the humanity in that? I was told Greeks have great hearts... Apparently not at the reservations department at ANDROMEDA Villas! They are heartless! Just for that reason do not book!!!
A	AmyLou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negatives- having to pay €2 for bottled water, spotty wifi, uncomfortable beds/pillows, no coffee maker in room- only pot for Nescafe instant coffee- yuk. And I wish the pools were heated... Our room the 1st night was not what we expected when we booked online-not comfortable for 3 people. They were 100% booked so unable to move us until the next day. The manager gave us a bottle of wine for the inconvenience. Positives-the view! (We were thankful for the elevators here too!) And I had an AWESOME massage with George. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Service was prompt and attentive. Poolside lunches were delicious too!

The facilities are clean, the breakfast is awesome (even better when served/scheduled at the room). Easy to walk to “downtown” Fira, easy to reach the castle/rock “Skaros”. The room was super clean, with an unforgettable jacuzzi/private pool and an amazing view to the sunset. If you are in doubt, go for it!!!!! Simple like that!!!

Due to our flight reschedule, we were earlier than check in time yet the reception was very warm n they made us feel like home! I'll recommend this place for a relaxing beautiful vacation ?
L	Lana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You pay for the view, which is incredible. Nice common area. Poor service. Had an unpleasant experience when at 22.15 someone knocked at my door. When I refused to open because I was already asleep the man was annoyed and still instisted to open the door to give me papers from reception. I wasn't informed about this procedure before, so it could have been anyone. As a female solo traveler I seek feeling of safety, which wasn't given at this 4*hotel. I reported this case to the management who apologized. Reading the reviews, it seems to be not the first time that guests were disturbed during night time by the staff, though. So wondering whether the concerns are taken seriously. It's a pity. Nice view is not everything. Won't come back here.
d	derya sulun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely hotel great views staff v nice would recommend bus stop is close by so good location wise to get to other parts of the island. Uploaded some pics of view from balcony and hotel for reference, hotel and pool restaurant was quite tasty. Only downside is pools aren't heated so cold unless weather is super hot.
M	Merel Koppen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a wonderful honeymoon stay here! Mythic view and wonderful staff! They arranged several reservations for us at great restaurants. But do not forget to eat at their restaurant too, the dinner menu is surprisingly delicious!
i	iain walker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have had a fantastic time in Andromeda Villas. Service was excellent, especially the front desk and the manager. Rooms were basic but fine, cleaned daily. Location was fine though the buses were hit and miss. I would recommend hiring a car to see the island, as it is not that big. The view is what you pay for and it does not disappoint.
