Threatened with fines for getting towels dirty and 500 euro threat if we moved the bed.
Grubby under equiped kitchenette.

We have been coming here for several years and it's a great to location Argassi, which is in between Tsilivi and Lagunas. Honestly, I cannot say enough good words to express how lovely the family are and the hotel itself!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really basic rooms. Quite dark and dingy. The beds were also very uncomfortable and the service was awful. The beachfront area on the other hand was very beautiful.
We arrived and were given a room where the air conditioning didn't work at all and where you could smell the staff bathroom. So we asked to switch rooms as I couldn't sleep without AC.
The woman at the desk wasn't friendly or accomodating. But eventually she moved us to a room with working AC. However this room was a twin rather than a double. Several times we asked if they could make up the two twin beds to a double but they refused and werent friendly.
We paid for a double room with AC but Anemona essentially refused to provide a room with both of those things and then tried to make us feel as though they had done us a favour.
Really horrible hotel, wont be staying again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is a total dump. Look for somewhere else. The worst cocktails I've ever had Rooms that haven't been updated in 20 years. Staff refuse to give a second key regardless of how many people in your room. When questioned on this rude and confrontational. Staff threatening to charge us if we got towels dirty. Told us if we moved the bed they would charge us 500 euros.
Kitchenet completely under equipped and everything dirty .
Asked to use an iron tried 2 different ones both stained my shirt with grime off the iron.
Coffee at breakfast just dark water.
Never felt glad to leave a holiday before but this hotel did all it could to spoil an otherwise lovely holiday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our second visit to Anemona Beach Hotel. Such a nice and calm place. The staff is super nice and friendly. Rooms are always clean and also every room has a sea view. Just a few minutes from the centre of Argassi.
