g	gregory vidal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ À quelques kilomètres d' Héraklion ( si vous cherchez le luxe passer votre chemin ) il est plus de nature familiale le personnel est fort sympathique il parle français très bien la vue mer sur la crique d' Agias Pélagia est sublime je conseille fortement. A few kilometers from Heraklion (if you are looking for luxury go your way) it is more of a family nature the staff is very friendly he speaks French very well the sea view over the cove of Agias Pelagia is sublime I strongly recommend.
K	Katya Lazaar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je ne comprends pas tous ces avis négatif nous avons séjourné là-bas l'année dernière en juin et tout s'est très bien passé nous ne sommes pas senti surveiller lorsque l'on manger les employés étaient très aimable l'hôtel en lui-même est très propre, Angelo est quelqu'un de très gentil et pas agressif du tout, je conseille fortement cet hôtel I do not understand all these negative opinions we stayed there last year in June and everything went very well we did not feel supervised when we eat the employees were very friendly the hotel itself even is very clean, Angelo is someone very nice and not aggressive at all, I strongly recommend this hotel

A notre arrivée avec mon conjoint tout c’est très bien passé, la nourriture et excellente, les chambres son bien NETTOYÉ TOUT LES JOURS !! ( les mauvaises langues) Hôtel très convivial, familial j’ai adoré !!!!! Angelo et toute l’équipe son des pepite ! J’ai pris deux semaine et je regrette j’aurai dû prendre trois ! Je garde que des bon souvenirs et je reviendrai ça c’est sûr !!! Merci à tout le monde Océane & Florian ? At first do not pay attention to the negative opinion! Unfortunately, I read the negative reviews and I fell for it! When we arrived with my partner, everything went very well, the food was excellent, the rooms were CLEANED EVERY DAY!! (bad tongues) Very friendly, family hotel, I loved it!!!!! Angelo and the whole team are nuggets! I took two weeks and I regret I should have taken three! L'hôtesse est désagréable et vous surveille, repas médiocre et peu variés, petit déjeuner toujours le même, jus d'orange coupé à l'eau avec rajout de sucre. Chambre pas confortable mal entretenue, bref pas propre, douche sale avec moucherons, hygiène limitée. Piscine avec insectes. Tout est vieillot loin de la plage. Je me suis cru en colonie de vacances avec un dragon pour surveillant. Y a mieux en Crête pour le même prix. Hôtel à éviter si vous voulez passer de bonnes vacances. The ridge is to be seen but not in the Angel hotel which ruins your stay. The hostess is unpleasant and watches you, mediocre meal and little variety, breakfast always the same, orange juice cut in water with added sugar. Uncomfortable room poorly maintained, in short not clean, dirty shower with gnats, limited hygiene. Swimming pool with insects. Everything is outdated far from the beach. I thought I was in a summer camp with a dragon as supervisor. There is better in Crete for the same price. Hotel to avoid if you want to have a good holiday.
B	Brigitte Braem on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un grand merci à tous ,notre séjour fût reposant, c est un hôtel familial, la petite chambre propre, calme avec kitchenette ( assiettes de crudités et bouteille d'eau pour l arrivée tardive), des repas copieux et variés, une piscine avec bain de soleil et snack ( wifi) de jolis jardins fleuris, la plage un peu loin à pied mais il y a une navette, au restaurant l hygiène est respecté par temps de covid ( gel et gants pour se servir au buffet), une voiture ou les bus sont indispensables pour visiter. Pour notre cas nous sommes restés à la piscine toute la semaine, c était vraiment du repos. Je ne suis pas d accord avec les mauvais commentaires, c est toujours une question de rapport qualité prix 1 semaine pour 2 en demi-pension (carafe d'eau à disposition ),vol et transferts aeroport pour 378 euros c est cadeau!!! A big thank you to all, our stay was relaxing, it is a family hotel, the small, clean, quiet room with kitchenette (crudité plates and bottle of water for late arrival), hearty and varied meals, a swimming pool with bath sun and snack (wifi) pretty flower gardens, the beach a bit far on foot but there is a shuttle, at the restaurant hygiene is respected in covid weather (gel and gloves to use the buffet), a car or buses are essential for sightseeing. In our case, we stayed at the pool all week, it was really a rest. I don't agree with the bad comments, it's always a question of value for money 1 week for 2 on half board (carafe of water available), flight and airport transfers for 378 euros it's a gift!!!
