All inclusive resort, pools, private beach, tennis, basketball, 3 x meals a day plus free unlimited snacks. Rooms are rather weak on equipment, at best *** rooms, but everything else makes up for the rooms.

If you are searching for a pleasant holiday then Avoid this Hotel, it was probably one of the worst hospitalities I have ever whitnessed. It is categorised as a 4* hotel, but from what it really is, it would probably be ranked as a 2 Star. The positive aspects are that the room we had, offered a terrific view! Even the view from the pool area is absolutely splendid. Furthermore the Location of the Hotel is Great if you Travel the north and West coast, because the main island road is 5 minutes away up the mountain. The food was absolutely terrible and this expression is still too polite! There is absolutely no variation or what so ever. You’ll get frozen food which is swimming in oil! The „afternoon snacks“ are nothing more than old frozen pizza and disgusting empanadas. The peak experience was, that we had f…… maggots in our orange juice! We tried to eat there twice, but then gave up on it. The Softdrinks are just some cheap Sirups which have no fizz and therefore absolutely disgusting. Luckily there was a small shop by the pool where you can buy a coke. On top of that, you can’t even drink a normal coffee, they don’t Even own a coffeemachine! And just to prepare you, the all inclusive only lasts till 11pm, after they will charge you for every dime you order. The reaction from the staff was more than unprofessional. „Theo“ the guest relations manager, didn’t really seem to care at all. He offered us more bottles of water (because you only receive 1liter a day, even if you booked all inclusive), which we never even received. In fact, for the last 4 days we didn’t receive any water at all ! They expect you to drink water out of a dispenser which is full of lime! More than dangerous! The next point which I will mention is the cleanliness of the place. It’s absolutely filthy! There was a huge mold development under the bed, the bathroom at the pool was dirtier than at the airport. The dining room and bar had spider webs in every corner, and every surface was sticky. Stelvios, our waiter which served our filter coffee each morning, is a really cool guy. He always had a nice joke to cheer you up! He deserves better than this place! This place is never worthy 4 stars and it’s more than disgraceful to serve food of these standards! I would be more than ashamed of myself, My cats have more standards! You’ll see all the pictures which are attached, therefore this is not a dishonest review. Keep your money and Book somewhere else, if that’s not possible, don’t waste it on this hotel. It wouldn’t surprise me if people have been hospitalized from this rotten place!

I was at the hotel at the turn of September and October. In my opinion, the hotel with my wife is five stars! Beautifully situated, great views! Everywhere clean, rooms neat and cleaned every day, very well-kept garden, lots of flowers and palm trees, Food delicious for a hotel, everyone will choose something for themselves. Delicious! Two restaurants where you can eat, snacks and drinks approx. Very nice service !!! Super car rental man! Greetings to all staff. I cordially invite you to this hotel. We know the winding ones well and a few hotels too, but this one is unique. We want to go back there!

Lovely spacious resort, friendly staff. Pools are well maintained. Beware this is built on the side of a rocky slope, so walking around is very steep and a lot of stairs! So you need to be able bodied. Hire a car if you want to explore, available at the hotel, but best taken from the airport, a lot easier and cheaper. Buffet style food, varied and okay, nothing spectacular, but something for everyone. Fresh pizza is very good. Ice cream is lovely. Local beer and AI drinks are pretty good, charged for after 11pm. Specials cocktails are amazing @€5.50. Wouldn't bother with the themed night meals, very disappointing and bland. Their beach is nice for snorkeling and have sunbeds and a small bar with snack food. Hotel bus will take you up and down, if you don't want to walk. Family pool is big with bar and food. Adults only 2 pools at the top with bar and snacks, very nice with fab views. Rooms have what you need, comfy beds, good shower, kettle, fridge and balcony and a/c. TV doesn't have much choice for English, only news channels. WiFi is free and worked intermittently. Overall a very nice stay, good to explore the areas around. We were 2 adults in October.

Okay so I was laughing at the comments about the stairs but he'll this hotel has too many stairs. .. it is exhausting cuz you have so many from the room to the restaurant, the beach... but it's kinda helpfull cuz then you burn everything you eat ?and you eat!! I'm kind of limited in food so I was not excited about it but there was not even one time when I didn't find several things that I liked so it does have a nice variety and they also have their own pizza oven which makes a delicious pizza. The stuff is really nice - very very nice! They remember your drink orders and the type of ice cream that you like which is cute. The hotel rooms at least the one I was in are very simple - not well-designed not updated could use an update for sure but they were very clean and organized. Also have to mention that they're soaps are very nice. They have a small gift shop which is also cute and open most of the day. But to the highlight!!! The beach!! the beach's worth it all it's perfect it's so si so beautiful it's amazing so in total I recommend it very much.

Had a fantastic week all inclusive at the hotel. The room and all areas of the hotel were clean and (most of) the staff were really friendly. If you struggle with stairs and hills, this probably isn't the best place to stay. However, being situated right on the hill side really does have its advantages. Getting to the beach wasn't as bad as we first thought, and if you're struggling on the way back (up hill) there is a shuttle bus every 20 mins or so BUT there's a beast of a hill to get to the bus stop which isn't fun in 33 degrees... Positives - Beautiful location. Friendly staff. Nice food and plenty of choice. Nice pools and always a sun lounger free to use. (Adults relaxing pool was our first choice!) Great ice cream. Bottled water provided each day. Fridge in room. Great Air Con in the room. Clean beach and bath towels every day. Really lovely body wash/lotion/shampoo/soap samples provided. Super friendly housekeeping staff. Crisp clean bedding. Negatives - Room was very outdated and needed basic repairs (however.. our balcony light wasn't working but it was repaired within a few hours of being reported). No kettle in the room or drink making facilities. Double bed was 2 singles pushed together which was a bit annoying. Only one plug socket available to use. Check in was a nightmare, reception staff weren't welcoming/clearly stressed under the circumstances. Over all we really enjoyed our stay here and the negative points are so minor, they didn't impact our holiday or stay. If you're looking for a relaxation/by the pool holiday then this hotel is perfect. However if you want to get out and explore you're a bit limited due to the location. We took a bus to Heraklion, but could only spend 4 hours there as the last bus back was 2.30. Would really recommend booking onto the quad bikes, great experience and a fantastic opportunity to explore and see the little villages.
