G	Giorgos Dermousis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Στις αρχές Ιουνίου είχαμε επικοινωνήσει με το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα για να κάνουμε κράτηση για το τριήμερο 22-24/7. Η ιδιοκτήτρια μας διαβεβαίωσε ότι υπάρχει δωμάτιο 2κλινο και σημείωσε τα στοιχεία μας λέγοντας ότι η κράτηση έχει γίνει για εμάς. Κλείσαμε εισιτήρια και καλέσαμε πάλι την ιδιοκτήτρια την 8/7 με σκοπό να επιβεβαιώσουμε για ακόμη μια φορά ότι η κράτηση μας ισχύει. Μας περίμενε μεγάλη έκπληξη!!! Η ιδιοκτήτρια είχε κάνει την κράτηση για άλλον και ισχυριζόταν ότι μας είχε καλέσει για να επιβεβαιώσει την κράτηση και δικαιολογήθηκε ότι είχαμε κάνει σε άλλο κατάλυμα κράτηση και όχι στο δικό της. Ουδέποτε βρήκαμε κλήσεις στα κινητά μας, αλλά και η συμπεριφορά της ήταν επιεικώς απαράδεκτη και αντιεπαγγελματική. Λυπούμαστε γιατί είχαμε κάνει όλες τις κινήσεις (εισιτήρια, άδειες από τη δουλειά, κλπ.) με αποτέλεσμα η προχειρότητά της να μας αποτρέψει από ένα ταξίδι που προετοιμάζαμε καιρό. Όταν της είπαμε θα παραπονεθούμε ηλεκτρονικά μας είπε: "Κάντε ότι θέλετε". Ούτε καν που νοιάστηκε, αλλά και δεν κοίταξε να μας προτείνει και κάποια εναλλακτική λύση (π.χ. κάποιο άλλο κατάλυμα, αφού όλοι είναι γνωστοί μεταξύ τους και εξυπηρετεί ο ένας τον άλλο, ενίοτε). Μας έκλεισε το τηλέφωνο στα μούτρα!!! Προσοχή!!! At the beginning of June we contacted this property to book for the weekend of 22-24 / 7. The owner assured us that there is a 2-bed room and noted our information saying that the reservation has been made for us. We booked tickets and we called the owner again on 8/7 to confirm once more that our booking is valid. It was a great surprise! The owner had made the reservation for someone else and claimed that she had invited us to confirm the reservation and justified that we had booked in another accommodation rather than hers. We have never found calls to our mobiles, but its behavior has been lethally unacceptable and unprofessional. We are sorry because we had all the moves (tickets, leave from work, etc.), with the result that our scrupulousness prevented us from a journey we had been preparing for a long time. When we told her we would complain electronically told us: "Do as you like." Not even he cared about, but he also did not look for an alternative (eg, some other accommodation, since everyone is known to each other and sometimes serves one another). We closed the phone in the nuts !!! Caution!!!

Have used as a base to explore the numerous villages and resorts of Times as well as a springboard to other islands in Cyclades.. Mykonos, Paris, Naxox, etc. Recommend 100%
