★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seul sur l hôtel donc monopole, il en profite. Ne parle pas français et n aide pas a la compréhension. Voiture récente mais petit moteur sans puissance pour 5 personnes. Service très moyen. Voir plus loin en dehors de l hôtel pour louer un véhicule. Mécanique a revoir, frein coller au départ et embrayage souple.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im Vergleich teuer. In der Lobby Serita Beach Hotel. Empfehlung: Andere Vermieter wenige Meter die Strandstraße hinunter prüfen. Auffällig: Akzeptiert nur Bargeld! Mieten für einen Tag wird nur bis 21 Uhr am Abend akzeptiert, obwohl man den ganzen Tag bezahlen muss.
Expensive in comparison. In the Serita Beach Hotel lobby. Recommendation: Check other landlords a few meters down the beach road. Noticeable: only accepts cash! Renting for one day is only accepted until 9pm in the evening, although you have to pay for the whole day.

Le Véhicule a été loué sur 4 jours non consécutif et nous nous sommes retrouvés sur la 2ème période avec un véhicule d’un autre modèle que celui souhaité au départ. Le véhicule était sur la réserve et plus que daté. Le loueur estimait que nous étions surclassé car le modèle était plus spacieux. Le loueur n’a rien voulu savoir.
Unfriendly staff. The agency is at the Serita beach hotel. The Vehicle was rented over 4 non-consecutive days and we found ourselves in the 2nd period with a vehicle of a different model than the one initially desired. The vehicle was on reserve and more than dated. The lessor felt that we were upgraded because the model was more spacious. The landlord didn't want to know.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The very low ratings do not match our experience with Ansa: new fleet of cars, a wide range of options, the people there are trying their best to make the customers happy (some of them don't know what they want and because they are unhappy with their chosen car, they put pressure on the staff to replace it).
Because of the low ratings we have tested a different car rental service. We could have gotten a cheaper deal, but because the 10 euro difference is not that important for us, we went for the more convenient option and we are happy about it.
Overall we had a great experience, thank you Ansa!
