★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 25/10 μου έφερε ο σύζυγος μια μινι ορχιδέα η οποία διαπίστωσα οτι είχε κάτι σαν μούχλα επιφανειακα στις ρίζες. Σκέφτηκα οτι με φροντίδα μάλλον θα έφευγε και, κακώς, δεν την πήγα αμέσως πίσω. 15 μέρες μετά το φυτό έριξε όλα τα άνθη του, ακόμα και τα μπουμπούκια, σάπισε ένα από τα φύλλα και άρχισε να αλλάζει χρώμα ο κορμός. Επικοινώνησα με το κατάστημα, ενημέρωσα για το πρόβλημα και ρώτησα αν γίνεται αντικατάσταση. Η απάντηση ήταν ότι από τη στιγμη που φύγει από το μαγαζί δεν έχουμε ευθύνη και δεν κάνουμε αντικατάσταση. Θεωρώ εντελώς αντιεπαγγελματική την συμπεριφορά 1ον γιατί δεν μπορεί να μην είδαν οτι το φυτό είχε πρόβλημα όταν το τύλιξαν για δώρο και 2ον γιατί έριξαν εντελώς την ευθύνη σε εμένα χωρίς καμία επιφύλαξη, "το πότισες πολύ", "κάτι κόλλησε" "δεν ήταν μούχλα ήταν βρύα" και άλλα τέτοια. Κρίμα γιατί πάντα επιλέγαμε το κατάστημα για τις αγορές μας και αυτό ΔΕΝ θα ξαναγίνει .-

I find the behavior completely unprofessional 1st because they could not not see that the plant had a problem when they wrapped it as a gift and 2nd because they blamed me completely without reservation, "you watered it a lot", "something stuck" "it was not mold was moss "and the like. Too bad because we always chose the store for our purchases and this will NOT happen again.-
