γ	γιωργος καραγιαννιδης on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Θετικά: Είναι απέναντι από την θάλασσα και 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια από την πρώτη οργανωμένη επιχείρηση με ομπρέλες-ξαπλωστρες. Ως εκ τούτου βγαίνεις άμεσα κ στη βραδινή παραλιακή βόλτα . Καθαρό δωμάτιο. Εξυπηρετική ιδιοκτήτρια . Δυνατό wifi. Αρνητικά: Τα διαμερίσματα είναι πολύ παλιά με λίγες παρεμβάσεις ανακαίνισης. Το οίκημα φωνάζει ότι είναι του '70. Η αισθητική εσωτερικά κ η διακόσμηση μηδενική. Ούτε καν προσπάθεια . Το ντουζ μη λειτουργικό κ τα νερά απλώνονται στο μπάνιο. Πετσέτες μόνο μικρές. Χαρτί υγείας ένα(1). Δεν με πείραξε, αλλά δε περνάει καθαρίστρια μέσα από το δωμάτιο ούτε αλλαγή σεντονιων γίνεται. Αυτό δε το διέθετε ούτος η άλλος λογικά ,απλά το αναφέρω ως προς τις παροχές κ την αξία. Κοινόχρηστο κλειδί εισόδου. Τελείως αναξιοποίητος κήπος. Κι εδώ καμμία προσπάθεια για έναν λειτουργικό προσβάσιμο κήπο με κάνα παγκάκι και ο,τι άλλο απλό αλλά χρήσιμο. Κάτι που συναντάται κατά κόρον,πενταβρωμικα φίλτρα του a/c. Γενικώς μια παραμελημένη επιχείρηση. Pros: It is opposite the sea and 3 minutes walk from the first organized business with umbrellas-sunbeds. Therefore, you go out immediately for the evening beach walk. Clean room. Helpful owner. Strong wifi. Cons: The apartments are very old with few renovation interventions. The house shouts that it is from the '70s. The aesthetics inside and the decoration are zero. Not even an effort. The shower is non-functional and the water is spread in the bathroom. Towels only small. Toilet paper one (1). I did not mind, but no cleaner passes through the room or change of sheets. The other one did not have this logically, I just mention it in terms of benefits and value. Shared access key. Completely unused garden. And here no effort for a functional accessible garden with a bench and everything else simple but useful. Something that is found in the crown, pentavromic filters of the a / c. Generally a neglected business.

It's very close to the beach, supermarkets, restaurants. It's dog friendly, and our dog love it also. Juli is very helpfull and friendly, and is doing her best so the guests can feel like home. Thank You for all the help, for the recomandations and informations and of course for giving us such a lovely place to spend our vacation!

The beach is so close, its in a minute by foot. Everything is even better from what I've read and seen on the website. Also, Juli is a very pleasant and kind person, willing to help her guests for any matter. She is so helpful, she even drove us to Moudania to the hospital. She is highly responsive and reacts within seconds, not even minutes! All of these left a very good impression and a beautiful memory. I am thankful for this experience.
