Αν θελετε μια ησυχη επιλογη μεσα στο πρασινο και οικονομικα, τοτε ειναι το καταλληλο μερος για εσας. Ειναι λιγο δυσκολο να το βρεις στην αρχη αλλα κατα τα αλλα ολα αριστα. A very nice and compact apartment. The owners take care of the cleanliness. Gentle and helpful in times of need. If you want a quiet choice in the green and affordable, then this is the place for you. It is a little difficult to find it in the beginning but at the very best.

L'acqua non è potabile, ma questo non ci ha impedito di cucinare ugualmente. L'angolo cottura è migliorabile, i fornelli sono funzionanti, ma datati e malconci. Pulizia quotidiana e cambio biancheria quasi giornaliero. La struttura è immersa nel verde, ben curato, in un'area sempre ventilata e gradevole. Il Wi fi funziona a tratti e non riceve bene in ogni punto. A pochi metri c'è una piscina con libero accesso, bar e taverna. A circa 600 metri si accede alla strada principale dove transita l'autobus di linea che consente di raggiungere oltre Skiathos Town, le principali località balneari lungo la costa sud. Rapporto qualità /prezzo, a mio avviso, discreto. I stayed with the family in this facility for two weeks. Essential but still comfortable. The water is not drinkable, but that didn't stop us from cooking anyway. The kitchenette can be improved, the cooker works, but dated and shabby. Daily cleaning and almost daily linen change. The structure is surrounded by greenery, well cared for, in an area that is always ventilated and pleasant. Wi fi works at times and does not receive well at all points. A few meters away there is a swimming pool with free access, bar and tavern. At about 600 meters it leads to the main road where the bus passes that can reach over Skiathos Town, the main seaside resorts along the south coast. Value for money, in my opinion, discreet.
Ε	ΕΥΑΓΓΕΛΙΑ ΚΟΥΦΑΛΗ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τα διαμερίσματα παλιά ,δεν έχει internet, ο δρόμος για τα διαμερίσματα είναι πολύ στενός και δύσκολο να τον βρεις διότι δεν υπάρχει καμία πινακίδα. Χάλασε το κλιματιστικό και μετά από 3 μέρες δεν είχε επιδιορθωθεί. Το δωμάτιο όταν φτάσαμε δεν είχε ζεστό νερό. Μετά από τέσσερις μέρες είχαμε ζεστό νερό. Δεν θα το επισκεφτώ ξανά. The apartments are old, there is no internet, the road to the apartments is very narrow and difficult to find because there is no sign. The air conditioner broke down and after 3 days it was not repaired. The room when we arrived had no hot water. After four days we had hot water. I will not visit it again.
