Superise Mykonos Rent a Car

Good rates for a very good and new car. Contracting was very quick and seamless. The personnel were always very polite and proactive. They were tracking our ferry online and kept in touch via whatsapp to ensure that we get the car on time. When we reached the port, we found their executive with a banner with our name. They even sent guys to help us when our car got stuck in the sand at Lia beach in the evening, who reached us within 30-40 mins of us calling them, which was great. Just that I felt they charged us a lot for minor scratches on the bumper and a small bump on the front side panel (Euro 200 charged to us; plus Euro 50 for cleaning / washing off any sand potentially lodged under the bonnet) which may have occurred while getting the car out of the sand. The argumment to which I conceded to, was that the car had to be sent to Athens for any kind of repairs. Also, I would recommend to the company personnel, that they take time to explain the "enhanced insurance policy" in a better manner upon contracting. I paid Euro 15 per day for 3 days and had understood that the coverage would be for Euro 1500 (and hence Euro 250 would be covered), but upon returning the car when they evaluated the car for potential damages, they explained that the policy was to restrict exposure of the customer to Euro 1500 in case of bigger damages, which I understood; but atleast that was not my understanding to start with.

Great rental Company! Didn’t shop around and may be a little more expensive than others but Customer service was great and you don’t go to Mykonos to save money. They supplied us with an ATV that was a solid unit and in great condition. We ripped up the whole island in two days and had zero issues! Overall I would reccomend and would go back!

So surprised at all the bad reviews. Customer service was great. They picked us up and dropped us off at our hotel even at 10PM on a Saturday night. As for the quads and cars in great shape. The quad i had ran good no issues at all. This is for the guys at the shop Miguel Z. Was completely satisfied with your service. Sometimes customers get mad when they dont get what they want. Acting like little kids and ?. Loved the Range Rover you dropped us off.

Great experience from all the staff and the owners of the company.The car we rented was in excellent condition,and whatever we needed the response was quick and accurate.It is for sure that we will rent a car from Superise everytime we visit Mykonos.

I have visited Mykonos many times over the past 5 years . Superize is hands down the best rental for bikes and cars . Great service , they take their job seriously and respect the client. Good quality vehicles , excellent support .

Beware, and expect charges for damages. We paid €200 after negotiating/removing charges for damages that were existing. Damage charges for door, bumper, fender, et. range €150-€200 each (even minor scratches). Delivery: Our hotel works with Superise for car rentals (we will contact the hotel to tell them our experience with the the recommended car rental service). Superise delivered the car to the hotel within 15 minutes. The process with the Superise guy was quick, which seemed convenient, but make sure you take your time and review the contract. He did not mark all locations of damages, even the locations he had pointed out. We did not notice that locations were not marked when we completed the check out process only to be Superised later. Delivery was rushed. Ensure to take a video or many photos. Return: We arranged for the drop off location at the airport. They tell you to leave the keys with the hotel before you depart, do not do this to for the following reasons. Upon return, they walked around the vehicle and pointed out many locations that were already marked on the contract, or at least we thought. They attempted to charge us for many damages. We had to negotiate and explain they many locations were already there. There did appear to be a new scratch on the door, even in low season with light traffic, expect scratches. If you leave the keys with hotel, expect charges for damages and no ability to review them in person. Preying on damage charges appeared to be their business model based on our experience with Superise.
