That rooms were grate I would give this a 5 but we we were checking in for are room the manager was very rude to the employee that was taking are luggage to the room overall it was a great hotel. BUT the Manager was like to her employee room 33 and the guy that was taking our luggage was really old and he couldn’t hear well and she started shouting at him because he couldn’t hear her so I think that was very disrespectful and I think that the manager should treat the staff better especially that guy. Anyway the rooms were great the pool was beautiful the breakfast was great the dinner was great everything was great but that little tiny thing that the manager was rude to her staff I will give this a five but that is just I can’t give it a five you can’t be rude to your staff and do you know how disrespectful she’s she was to that guy to her employees it was like really bad but overall I will give it a seven out of 10 everything good but the treatment of the staff

Definetely not a 5 star hotel. The dinner was truly bad, it's a self service buffet that does not fit into a high standing hotel, the quality of the food was not good. For the rest, it had a very good swimming pool and the breakfast was pretty good

Hotel was great! Staff super friendly and attentive! Reception were always welcoming and helpful. The food was a good standard, however we ate out some days as we didn't want the same things every couple of days. Rooms really clean and kept well. It is on different floors down a small hill so if you had trouble walking it probably isn't great for you. The views are great from the rooms, gym was okay to use and there was a spa which looked really good.

Beautiful place to stay, very friendly staff and quality service. Great size rooms with king size bed, very clean and fresh. Amazing ocean view from our balcony. Very good bathroom with big shower. Nice buffet for breakfast. Big swimming pool and nice bar and restaurant. Very good value for money. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

This place was such a let down. We paid £320 for 2 nights. The pics are highly Photoshopped. Rooms were average. Service was ok. Food standard buffet and nothing special. There's a weird €10 charge for pool towels. They didn't clean our rooms because of covid. No kettle. No phone. No robes. Quite the disappointment.

Lovely place: clean, good seaviews, peaceful, green territory. Not far from Skala and hotel has a transfer bus 5 times a day for clients interested in going over for sandy beach, shopping and food. Avoid if you have mobility issues (location means many stairs). There's no official hotel beach but you can jump to the sea from the rocky shore, not guarded option. Very light animation. Rather repetitive food, coffee no good - ask for the free kettle from reception to make your own.

6 of us had a very enjoyable stay for 1 week in September. The rooms although tired were clean and comfortable. Our room was cleaned and towels changed 3 times during our stay. All rooms have a sea view. The staff here are exceptional, they are so friendly and helpful. The hotel is set on a steep hillside so a lot of steps. We stayed on 1st floor and there were 92 steps down to the pool, but reception offered transport on a golf buggy to and fro to pool. For those who enjoy swimming in in the sea there is a steep walk down to a concrete platform and a ladder into the sea. There are also several sunbeds. Well worth the walk. Food was good and varied. Dining room was buffet and masks and gloves had to be worn when self serving. There was also a very good poolside restaurant with a limited menu. Reception printed all our return to UK paperwork at no cost. As I said the staff are great.
