★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where to start. Just had 2 weeks at Crystal Palace. 2nd stay. Loved it the 1st time and so glad we returned. Spotlessly clean. Lovely spacious room. A kitchenette at which you can prepare a light dinner or snack. Nice private balcony. Lovely staff, hats off to the cleaners who work so hard. And I've never seen a pool be cleaned so much! On outskirts of Skala set up in the hill so quiet, no road noise, but just a 5mins walk down the bamboo path takes you to the main coast road, across the road is the beautiful long safe Skala beach. A short walk into Skala town where there are taverna's, shops, water sports, boat trips, supermarkets, car/moped rental.
Lovely accommodation, lovely resort, friendly staff, nice pool area with lots of loungers and a pool bar.
Just one really small thing, could do with a few more coat hangers or a small chest of drawers in the room.
Overall, would return without any hesitation. No wonder this is a good medal winner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely location with views to sea and mountains. Hotel is kept really clean and it almost looks new. Staff are very friendly. Food and drink served in the outside bar from 8am till late. It's a 10 min walk into Skala but it's easy but there are a number of steps.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the most spectacular place for a relaxing break. Staff all so welcoming and hotel kept so clean and fresh everywhere always. Rooms are well sited so you never feel on top of the other people. Hairdryer and electric kettle in rooms plus safety box to pay extra for if wanted. Our 5th visit here which says it all! Pool temps you in on hot days. Plenty of sunbeds and parasols. No need to bag them as always enough for all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff . Balcony view was fantastic. Studio had everything we needed and was very modern compared to other accommodation that we have experienced. Would certainly stay again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place, the quality of the accommodation was more than expected! The place is very modern with all new windows kitchen and bathrooms! The staff went above and beyond to ensure our holiday was perfect! We we're on the top floor staying in their brand new two bedroom apartment, we had two small children and the next day they had installed a baby gate on balcony to ensure our children were safe. It's things like that, that get repeat customers. Can't recommend them enough. If you have kids this place is perfect. Family run and operated
