★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT TRUST THEM WHEN THEY SAY HARBOR VIEW. We paid more to have a room with harbor view while we can see nothing related with harbor in the room. We didn’t receive any apologies or reasonable explanations. À éviter !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is of the finest of Herakleion. Located very close to the city centre. The room was well cleaned and tidy, during our whole stay. Parking is a thing in the city, but can be arranged with small extra cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We arrived at 7:30 PM no one was available to help it was one younger gentleman at the reception with a bit of an attitude not necessarily rude but definitely not helpful either we asked for parking valet and he said that he was sorry but the guy had gone home… We asked for someone to help us with our suitcases and he said…we’re really sorry but the guy is not here today… third question was how many star is the rating of your hotel he answered five I said it’s more like three ?Clean large rooms some cool art deco furniture and a large unnecessary separation between toilet and the rest of the bathroom with a mini sink that you cannot even put a piece of soap on it
XL large sink in the master bath it’s all sink and hardly has any space to put your stuff on it. The shower is so far from the handle and then when you turn it on you get wet with cold water before you get in and the water warms up just a poor execution of the design.
The cleaning stuff in waiting stuff including the chef at the omelette station were very polite and very kind!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very good. Super clean, the staff were really lovely and the breakfast was AMAZING. Also had some lovely touches, they parked our car for us and gave our son an Easter egg!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The star missing, regards to the room. Showering is a little tricky, water would run outside of the bath, so floor would be soaking.
But all other things, perfect. Nice location, by the sea. Car park included. Pool area ,nice to relax, good food and drinks in restaurant and bar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best hotels I have ever stayed. Space-full and renovated rooms, clean, comfortable mattress and pillows. The floor had the look of being used and it was damaged is some cases but this was not a problem.
I was lucky and they put me up (I’m a business traveler) in a room with a view. Choose it if you can.
Friendly staff trying to make your staying as excellent as it can be. Too polite and helpful with everything.
The food was really amazing (breakfast and lunch). Too many choices, fresh ingredients, so tasteful.
High standards of keeping the health protection measures due to the pandemic.
The hotel is located very close to the city centre (10 minutes walking) which is definitely an advantage.
