L	Lumpen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's good place almost in the center of Heraklion, small and cozy rooms, good personal, quite delicious breakfast, clean building. Close to the sea port and bus station, also not so far to the airport - you can see almost all departures if your room with sea view. It's good place to overnight, because Heraklion is the city for a few days. The nearest beach too far. Before book a room, look the map and have clear understanding what are you going to do in the city.
S	Shirly Niego on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really small but nice hotel. Stuff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice. Trying to find parking at the nearby streets is a nightmare, but you can just park at the Port authorities parking lot which is very close, and costs only 3€
S	Shelby van der Merwe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel room looked nothing like in the pictures. Bed was uncomfortable, sheets were starchy & found hairs in the bed too. The balcony was filthy and only had one chair, and overlooked a desolate alley & crumbling building. Additionally, there were no coffee making facilities in the room & our room was only cleaned once during our stay. The breakfast was a waste of time - no Greek options. So disappointed with our stay here. Wouldn't recommend.
A	Agata Bangs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A small but perfectly formed hotel right in the town centre. We didn't have an overly special room (and I think they are all to a similar standard but perfectly adequate to the 3stars), but the bed was big and comfy, it was clean and just steps away from the old town. Bathroom was on a small side, but again perfectly functional. But the staff were AMAZING and went out of their way to help and breakfast was great too. Really tasty and literally cooked right in front of you, as the kitchen is part of the dining room. Our little boy was unwell and didn't have any appetite first thing in the morning, so the ladies in charge helped us organise a packed sandwich for him. They were so sweet and it all made a huge difference to what could easily become a stressful morning for us. We only stayed there for one night, but it was a perfect start to our holiday in Crete.

T	Tamara Milovanović on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice small hotel considering that it has only 3 stars. The rooms are very spacious and modern. The bathroom was very clean. Comfortable bed. They serve a delicious breakfast buffet with lots of options, which could be potential source of corona infection in these times tho. Our view from the room wasn't particularly nice since there is many old buildings around and our room was on the third floor. The AC (at least in our room) was bearly cooling, so it was super hot in the room. All in all good value for the money.

This is a clean and comfortable hotel. The breakfast buffet is very good. And, it is in an excellent location. It is just a few minutes walk to the city center - to Lion’s Square, Archeological Museum and many shops and restaurants. I would stay here again.
H	HonestAnonymous on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice sized room, very clean, great breakfast, quiet, comfy bed, AC worked great. It’s nice having the option to watch Netflix. Do wish the room had extra pillows, they forgot to bring them to us when we asked but it was pouring outside so I think they were dealing with flooding or water issues and distracted. All in all it’s been a great experience so far, the most comfortable place we’ve stayed in the 2 weeks visiting Greece.
