Due to kids sport teams that were staying at the hotel some of the days was impossible to have breakfast.

The hotel is centrally situated in the center of Heraklion, which is also 10 minutes walk from the ferry port. There are many great restaurants around and along the water.
The hotel room is modern, clean and comfy. The staff are just wonderful. They are very friendly, kind and helpful.
Shout out to Michaílis at the reception. He was off his night shift and so happened that we were heading to the ferry port at the same time around 7am. He was so kind to take us to the ferry port on the way
home with his own car. He’s just amazing!
The breakfast is good with lots of choices.
There’s a parking right underneath the hotel which is very convenient. Hotel guests get a special rate of €7 per day.
Overall, it’s a very good hotel if you need to spend a night before your morning ferry to other islands. I have to say it again that the staff at the front desk are just wonderful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ GREAT stay. the staff is so accommodating, friendly, and they think of everything. the complimentary breakfast was the best breakfast i had in all of Crete. rooftop bar opens at night! don’t miss it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent central hotel in Heraklion. Nice outdoor terrace for drinks and breakfast. Very well located, close to harbour and main high street. Rooms comfortable and cheap. Valet parking next door for 7 euros per stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is very nice. Room decorated the same as the rest ibis hotel. The location couldn’t be better. Just in the middle of old town surrounded by many restaurants, cafes, bars, clubs and etc.
The price was reasonable as for low cost hotel and the staff is friendly and helpful.
I really enjoyed staying in this hotel and definitely recommend it.
