S	Sam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely not a 5 star hotel by any means the entrance is quite promising but unfortunately it quickly goes down hill after that, rooms are tired and rundown. We found a football in our room that was not ours and broken glass on the balcony. The worst part of the whole hotel is the room doors and locks. You need to scan the key card to close the door, which people obviously do not do, they just slam their room doors at all hours. The hotel is situated right on the seafront and it is incredibly noisy at all hours and I mean ALL hours. Noisy cars, music, noisy mopeds, dogs barking, deliveries etc etc..... The staff were super nice and friendly, food was ok, nothing spectacular, decent enough selection and nice desserts the restaurant manager needs to spend less time on his mobile and more time supporting his staff. We found something to eat every night .....not sure why there was Spag Bol on every night.
M	Marius Skinnes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The positive first: - Very helpful, serviceminded and positive people working there. - The hotel is located a 10 minute walk from the old Town of Rethymnon. - The hotel beach is beautiful and free for the hotel visitors. The first two rows cost €9 per sunbed. - The seaside/front pool area is very nice looking. - The breakfast is above average. - The fresh orange juice in the pool area is amazing, remember ice. The negative: - There is a lot of noise from the road/traffic when using the seaside/front pool area. In every picture online you never see the roads. - The beds in the rooms are really hard. (We had room 504) - The aircondition in the room is working, but we never found out how it works. It can be turned on and off, the rest of the functions doesn't seem to work as it should, for example fan speed. - The Apple/orange juice in the breakfast area is not any good. This is supposed to be a 5 star hotel. - The elevators, I don't even know where to start. Two elevators is not enough. One of the elevators malfunctioned twice in one week. The elevators are hot as saunas. Again, this is supposed to be a 5 star hotel. - The rear pool had plastic trash in it. - The hotel beach has a lot of small trash on it.
S	Stewart Frandsen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Hotel was fine looking on the reviews at 5 Star BUT many of the rooms are antiquated and small to say the least… the two ish pools were shallow and small, sun beds only a few available with very little room for them, little or no safety at least two people were hurt on our stay, no facilities for disabled whatsoever! For children no place to take them, service 45 minutes waiting for a drink, (lack of staff) food always repetitive and of poor quality, had to eat out most days ! The mini bar hardly ever re stocked ! Without having to ask, the beach no lifeguards at all in attendance at any time, but plenty sun loungers after having to cross a Very busy main road. Thoroughly disgusted with this hotel the Worst I have ever stayed in . The management un pleasant to say the least from manager to 1 person on the reception, I will certainly not go back there. This hotel should only be 2 Star rated. That’s also the opinion of most who stayed during the 17 th of May until the 31 of May 2022
L	Lozz bozz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel In a great location. The only let down was the lack of food choice, food was good quality but hardly any choice at all. Also time it took for drinks to arrive, often waited nearly an hour for the drinks to come.

Y	Yingying Liu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like very much our stay in this hotel. The staff are nice! Our room is big with sea view. The location bis very good, very close to the downtown, we went to downtown everyday! The cleaning lady is very nice, everyday she made some art with the towels!

The room we had (505) recently had been renovated, the multijet shower with jets coming out the unit gave that special touch! Great views of the beach in this room. The beach across the road is beautiful and very clean and to top it off, the drinks get brought to you from the hotel on the beach so you don't have to move off your sunbed! The staff are brilliant, they treated us like family. The food was obviously very Greek but catered for everyone. The chef nailed (very good) the moussaka! Hats off to the management team and all the staff, you really made our holiday special! Hopefully see you all next year! Efcharisto! Steve & Gem x
G	Gill Winstanley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Couldn't have wished for anything more. From the minute we arrived, the staff were so friendly. Our room 316 overlooking the pool was tremendous. Loads of space, really comfortable bed, even had a daybed too. The balcony was huge and overlooked the pool to the rear of the hotel. The restaurant was really good, fantastic choice. Everything you could want, if it wasn't there you only had to ask. The pool to the rear of the hotel was a little sun trap, we used this as it was sheltered and peaceful. There is also a deck area to the front of the hotel and of course the free sunbeds on the beach. All in all, will definitely be returning.
