The hotel has responded very quickly and very satisfactory. The beach staff do a very good job. The reservers have no chance anymore! We thank you and upgrade from 1 * to 5 *****
Towel Reservation on the Kriti Beach! Ein absolutes NoGo, bitte entfernt doch die Handtücher von den Strandliegen! ? Liebes Hotel Management, bitte reagieren wenn die Strandliegen vor 9:00Uhr für Stunden blockiert werden!
The towels should be removed directly from the beach guard!
For hours, the beach chairs in the front row are blocked! ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Hotel with very good standards and brilliant staff. breakfast and dinner were very good, with changing themes but always delicious with a very good selection.
It's a lot smaller than at the pictures, but we liked it. For those who wants to use the pool: it's pretty small and directly at the street and restaurant. It seems it's not designed for day long pool vacation.
But who needs a pool, if there is the ocean just a few metres away from the hotel?
The beach is clean and the beach chairs are inclusive for hotel guests. The water was great, but pretty warm.
The view from the hotel balconies can be good, if you pay for it. The view from the standard rooms is, ok, but not very nice (on another pretty old building).
The balconies are pretty small, but ok.
Unfortunately there is a bad parking situation around the hotel. There is simply not enough space for all guests and natives. Sometimes you have to search several minutes. A car with full assurance is recommended;)
I can recommend this hotel. There was a Very good job done by the whole and often multilingual staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They use latex gloves but they don't change them, so what's the point of using them? It's fully demostrated that surfaces doesn't spread covid and if you wear them all the time it's even less hygienic. Appart, it generetes lots of plastic waste with no purpose...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They wouldn’t let my 80 year old grandma use the bathroom which meant she had to go in the streets as she couldn’t wait longer. Don’t know about the rest of the hotel but if that’s the level of hospitality they offer, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
