L	Lyndal Hirst on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rent from this company at your own peril. The most stressful car rental experience I have ever had after renting across the globe. The stuff you get over - Late pick up and delivery, smaller cheaper car delivered. What I won't get over is the fact that the car was unroadworthy. Ran rough from the start and when going up any steep incline, either stalled or popped out of gear and stalled. It was a miracle we weren't in an accident. Had we not have been 5 hours away from their base, it most certainly would have gone back. Just don't do it!!
P	Pavlos Parissis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented a car for 20 days and the experience was very bad. We landed very late in Athens and we got a Fiat Linea. After I assigned the paper we noticed that one of the front light wasn't working! We went to nearby gasoline station and the employee found a replaced light but he couldn't put back the cap, so lights from the inside were exposed to water. The guy said it is ok don't worry. I was too tired after 1 hour in the whole hassle to complain. The next day I found out that there wasn't any paper inside the car, I called them and they sent to me my e-mail. I still don't know if a police man will accept those papers. After few days we noticed that we could fold/unfold the back seats to put more languages! Something was broken. I was on an island so I couldn't change the car, but we did after we got back to Athens. We got a replacement car, it was Open Astra station wagon, which was in better condition. But, the engine was doing some strange noise and the back lights weren't turning off! After few days, I tried to start the car and it didn't work! We called the car assistance and the engineer after 30mins managed to start the car by resetting the car. The cars are not well maintained, in both cars the service check indication was always on. Yes, it is cheap and the lady on the phone was very polity and helpful, but I want to have a hassle free car rental, so I will not choose Aramis in our next visit to Athens.

Car arrived 2 hours late which meant we missed our ferry (which was the whole reason we rented a car). For some reason the car was ordered to an island off Greece even though the drop off location was a hotel in Athens! Then the car arrived, wasn't the car we expected, looked fine from the outside but wasn't in good condition inside, and also wasn't the car we chose. The cherry on top of the cake was when the 2 guys who dropped it off asked if we could give it back 3 hours earlier! Definitely sticking to known companies in future, avoid!

Fast email communication at time of booking, pick up and drop off the car was fast and easy, their collegue was friendly and speaks good English. Sympathic company, good quality car, if we go next time, we will definitely rent them again.

I did not even have to take photos on pick up - all damage that could be spotted (two minor bumper scratches) was already marked in the condition sheet. Delivery on address was on time, I got a brand new car maybe few months old with around 10k km mileage. The only disadvantage they do not have a same to same fuel policy but it's a minor issue compared to other competitive advantages they have.

Pros + Their office may not be at the airport (as many other car rentals) but their shuttle mini bus service works perfectly and fast. + Politeness of the stuff. + Car in excellent condition and in competitive price. I rented a small city car and everything was nice. Cons - Nothing really.
