★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful before we arrived, as covid rules changed our flight last minute. Very easy and trouble-free access with free van ride from airport. Very kind agent, upgraded car because we arrived a day later and had already paid. Returning the car was a swift process. Will certainly choose them again next time. Regarding the stressful experience travelling under covid restrictions, hiring the car through Autounion, was the one thing that we didn't have any issues at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have rented twice (Dec 2019 & Aug 2020) at the Athens Airport. Even though they are located off the airport the shuttle in both directions was quick and efficient. The check in and check out for the rental car was also quick and efficient. The cars (a Renault and a VW) were clean and worked with no problems (3500km on first trip and 2700km on the second). And best of all the price was very good (much better than the big names with the counters at the airport).

Best prices on comparison sites, flexible booking with no advance, friendly pickup from Athens airport very speedy and convenient, quick and friendly check-in service, upgrade to class D yay. And to top it all, my ideal feature: a politely scratched up Peugeot that you're not dreading to scrape on a rough Greek ride. Highly recommended.

I actually had a problem to make a deposit with my credit card, which could be resolved very uncomplicated thanks to the friendly gentlemen serving us. The car we got was in very good condition and only had some minor scratches on the outside. Returning the car was also uncompicated with no issues. I recommend this company and will rent there the next time i visit greece.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service abd dealt with an issue with our original car, very professionally. Tyr replacement vehicle was virtually new. Can't fault their service. Only reason i scored a 4 and not a 5 is the fact that they are located outside the airport although their pickup service was better than any of the off-site renters we used in the past. Will definitely use them again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terribly Bad! They refuse to give me the car because none of my mastercards was writing down if it was a credit or a debit card. Still I have no Idea what he wanted, he wanted to block credit from both my cards. I strongly recommend not to take this agency rental again! I did prepay my car upfront online, and when you always do that, they will find excuses to not give the car. Tomorrow I go make complain in the main office. The guy jsut made me pay extra 70€ for one way to my hotel. Really horrible!

I booked for a Jeep Renegade for 14 days. When I went to pick up they told me that they don't have Renegades (why is it on your site then?) and they gave me a Nissan Juke (what this has to do with a Jeep, I have no idea). At least the car was pretty new and in good shape.
Close to the return day I decided that I will spend one more week in Greece so I called them and asked for a smaller/cheaper car, as I wanted to save some money. I asked if they have a KIA i30 (was in the category I chose) but they said they cannot reserve a specific car/model and I'll get whatever will be available. At the time of the pickup they gave me another Nissan Note (!). The car was in a bad shape with scratches and dents all around and the rear bumper almost hanging. The antenna was broken (as a result the radio was playing only one station) and the seats (beige color) were dirty. I asked for another car and they said that this was the only one available. When I asked for one (probably lower category but in a good shape) that was parked there they told me that this was reserved (!!!!!! look above) for another customer.
On the plus side was the girl that helped me (I can recall her name) which was very kind and polite (even if she told me two different things about the reservations)
Overall the experience was average and I guess this reflects their low prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience so far with welcoming stuff. Their best advantage is their free 24h hours service. They are pricey though. The only drawback is that they don't always offer the category of the car you purchased(not a different model but a different category), but this policy is applied by any company I have tried so far. A big car is not always handy for Athens. I would also like as an option to be informed if the car I am renting is going to have Bluetooth for calls & music (however no company offers this information before booking).
