After waiting more or less 2 hoirs for our airport shuttle to the office now we have to wait for 1 hour for our car.
NEVER EVER!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an unpleasant experience with this company: from the airport we waited for half an hour and 2 phones for someone to pick us up, and because a thief broke a car window, I also had to pay a very large amount, without to find understanding from them. I do not recommend this company, find a more serious one!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SHOCKING took £695 off my card as a deposit but failed to explain when returning the deposit your bank will take the conversion rate off you so the car ends up costing you extra £60 so not a good price for car hire in the end. when hiring the car through easyjet nowhere did it state they would be taking such a large amount of my card. RUBBISH

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Smooth experience overall! Pickup from the airpor took around 20mins from the time we called to inform them of our arrival.
The car we rented was brand new and in excellect condition. It's a steep deposit of 1,225 but it was returned after we dropped the car off. Respectful staff throughout the process. Would rent from them again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expect scam. Avoid at all costs. Better buy a car and sell it when you leave.
Refused to *even try* my debit card which works fine in the rest of the world and island. Forced my partner use her card and refused to rent without extra insurance. Unfortunately, it was the only option at that moment. Also, I had to insist to write on the paper light damages. Unprofessional behaviour in general. The car itself was fine but the windshield wipers needed to be changed long ago and this was really annoying because of the sand.
