Best Archaeological museum in Greece

T	Thomas Gilberg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worth to drive for and really does deserve more visitors than when we visited late July. Does tell the exciting history from a human settlement now more than 4500 year old and with a lot of Greek history to have happened right next door. Good storytelling and a great exhibition with some fine specimens presented. Worth putting an effort getting there for. We put in as a stop on the way to the Delfi temple from Schinias.
P	Pavel Bodiš on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very interesting museum. Worth visiting! About 1 hour is enough. A lot of stuff about very old history of Greece from Bronze Age and also 4 century BC. Definitely visit it while traveling around. The rest of city sux. There is literally nothing. Go to Lidl for cheap food hehe :)

D	D Douglas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best laid out museum s we have visited... It is EXTENSIVE ..... Their snack bar was closed or we would have taken a break. Displays have English..... A truly great museum that should not be missed..... We were so pleased that we saw it.

Y	Yiotip Papa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow!!! Thiva is the birth city of Hercules!!!But this historic fact isn't present anywhere in the city and has low presence in the museum. I think this should be something that Thiva should use for its touristic attraction. The museum displays a great excibition from the ancient greek era until byzantium times !!! Outstanding!!! When I visit such places I feel so overwhelmed!!! The staff of museum was very polite and helpful!! Thank you guys!!!!

Really interesting, much faster to see everything than National museum of Athens. Honestly when I started to be tired, that was exactly the time when we came to the end, so just perfect! Near is a nice church and café. Display underground is a great experience too. Part with an ancient writings was just awesome for me and the most interesting. We were there around 12am
