★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ο αρχαιολογικός χώρος είναι γνωστός εδώ και πολλά χρόνια (200). Ανακηρύχθηκε αρχαιολογικός από το 1964. Πιθανόν να ταυτίζεται με την πόλη που αναφέρεται στα Ομηρικά έπη, το Αστέριον. Πρέπει να γίνει μια σωστή ανασκαφή για να αναδειχθεί και περαιτέρω ο χώρος.
 The archaeological site has been known for many years (200). It was declared archaeological since 1964. Probably identified with the city mentioned in the Homeric epics, Asterion. A proper excavation must be made to further enhance the site.
