★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vanuit Oia lopend te bereiken via een rotspad. Mogelijkheid om over te steken naar het eilandje (nog geen 10 mtr). Wel onderneming met rotsen en in ons geval sterke stroming en golfslag maar leuk loopje.
 Can be reached on foot from Oia via a rocky path. Possibility to cross to the island (less than 10 meters). An undertaking with rocks and in our case strong currents and waves, but a nice walk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its is a great spot to swim. The water is super clear and there is a great spot to jump off. But it's a long and steep walk in the sun unless you drive, catch a taxi or ride a donkey.

Follow the path down past the restaurants and around, up and over volcanic boulders to get to a small area with ‘safe’ entry points and some cliff diving opportunities. Boats go sailing past, the water is absolutely lovely and there are beautiful views looking back at Oia and around the caldera. Very refreshing and scenic, but it’s a hike in and out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for a swim if you are in Oia or even more so if you have just completed the Fira to Oia hike.
To find the swimming part, go down all the stairs and right at the end
Turn left
Keep walking through the restaurant and follow the path even through the rocks
At the other end
You will find a place to swim
You can swim out to the big rock/island and there is a platform you can jump off of
Just be careful when entering the water
Some of the rocks are rather sharp

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredible spot to go for a swim after the Fira - Oia trek. Found at the far northern end of the island, you decent steep steps into the bay. Further two the left is a tricky path to this tiny outcrop. I wouldn’t call it a beach but a difficult clamber into and out of the water. Be careful of the rocks as they are sharp. Probably not suitable for children.
