Arte & Mare Elia Mykonos Luxury Suites & Spa - Elia Beach

First time we went to Mykonos and this hotel was amazing! Our room was spacious and very clean, special thanks to the cleaning staff. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast with a lot of choice. The location and beach are great! We’ll be coming back!

Our experience at Arte & Mare, Elia Suites was fabulous! We arranged details of arrival with the owner and a private transport was present for us to reach the accommodation from the airport. Once arrived, we were kindly welcomed by staff members and accommodated in our suite. The suite was well organised and facing the beautiful pools (a small jacuzzi with warm water and a large pool for swimming). We had dinner at the restaurant a couple of times and food was delicious (big portions too!). Breakfast was included in the package and it was based on a whole variety of sweet and savoury options served buffet style! I loved the apple strudel ?. Further, our package included SPA entrance with use of steam room and sauna. Again, once agreed with the owner, we had immediately access to the SPA area and were given the possibility to make use of the facilities (privately) for as long as we wanted! Overall, I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a luxury experience and would like a place facing the beach whilst offering the comfort of having a quick and easy transport service to Mykonos village. Thanks - we will visit you again in the future!

The hotel is a very chill and peaceful place. There’s a swimming pool in different sectors of the hotel and a big presidential apartments, where you have a private swimming pool and jacuzzi with a breathtaking view to the whole beach line. The staff is perfect, they help you with everything and make you feel so comfortable in that place. There’s a private beach but if you want to be in the first or second line you’ll have to pay. I can say that wherever you are at the hotel there’s a beautiful sight. This is one of the best places for a holiday in Mykonos.

The hotel and location are nice. The complex has great views and is designed and built wonderfully. However, as much as I wanted to enjoy my stay it always felt like I was being robbed or at least the owner was trying to suck out every penny from my wallet. The place itself isn't cheap and you don't get bad treatment but you constantly feel like they want to play you into buying something you don't need or have to pay so much money for. It's not a nice feeling. I was pretending like I didn't know greek and heard some pretty suspicious stuff when staff was talking about me and I didn't like that. Other than that, I would suggest if you ever make a reservation for this hotel just use the room and the beach and nothing more. Everything else is strongly overpriced and not worth it. You can find all the services you need yourself on google maps and for hundreds of euros cheaper. I really didn't like how in the room we had three beds and two of them had good mattresses and the third one was stiff as a wooden board. Also, the pool and jacuzzi were always dirty and the cards for the door kept falling to work. The bed I slept in was nice and I enjoyed that at least, as well as the bathrooms. You can find better than this though, I'm sure.

The trip at this hotel was a nightmare I arrived at this hotel with two friends, paying a lot of money for a 5 star holiday (the prices are overrated). We reserved a two bedroom villa with private pool. When we arrived everything was fine, the receptionist was very nice and polite but the surprise was when we arrived at the villa and the private pool was a shared one with two families with children. Me and my friends returned to the reception and told them that there are no conditions for a 5 star hotel that they pretend to be and we will leave and move to another hotel, expecting that they will return our money in our bank account, it’s been 15 days since we are waiting for the money and still counting.

Maria, the owner, takes excellent care of you and all the employees are friendly and helpful. Great music in the restaurant, the food is a bit expensive but a really great breakfast buffet with fresh made crepes and eggs. The villas with private pool are great, wonderful view, but a longer way from the sea. But a driver is always available to drive you.

With my wife and daughter, we really enjoyed our stay (june 2022) in this hotel. The hotel has very lovely rooms & suites a few meters from the sea. The beach is only 50m from the hotel. A private beach with large deckchairs offer us to enjoy as long as we desire the azure and lagoon coloured water. It's really a dreamy place. Concerning the hotel, Maria & her team (Albina, the 3 nice drivers, the housekeeper from Nigeria, and all the others) are devoted to us/you, to check everything is alright. And that's really nice/appreciable. There are 3 free shuttles who rely the hotel (Elia Beach) to Mykonos everyday. It's a 30 mn ride. So we are really grateful to Maria and all the hotel team for this very pleasant stay. I'd just, and it has nothing to do with the hotel itself, say to the internet readers that they must be aware Mykonos is very expensive (the restaurants for instance - and the greek people confirmed us it was the most expensive place in Greece) and that there are also a lot of mosquitoes (better close the windows at night and put the air conditioning if you don't want to be awaken all night by them).

A beach resort right next to Elia Beach on Mykonos Island. It is remotely located and quiet without too much disturbance. The hotel offers an umbrella seating in their private section by the beach with the strew top and 2 patio chairs having a tiny table in the centre. U may order food and drinks to enjoy ur stay with the lovely breeze and clear water. For row 1-2 of the seating would cost 35 EUR, then everything from 3rd row onward are free to hotel guests. The resort also has some pools in the common area for their guests. It makes things simple for those staying with children if their room is on the ground floor. There is free shuttle service bringing their guests from the resort to mykonos town at 11am, 6pm, 9pm while return rides are pick up 30mins later (e.g. 11:30am). However, be noted and on time for the return time. During my return, the driver didn't have a list or note on needing to pick me up, though I confirmed with the receptionist. So if I didn't get to the vehicle as I saw it coming at the pick-up spot... it would have driven away without picking me up. If that happened then I would have the option to call for my own transfer at the cost of 40Eur (or 50?) Any time I needed It was unfortunate that there were several issues at the time of my stay, the water became musky one night... the air conditioning had issue... however, they are very time on resolving the issues so it doesn't last for too long to impact stay. Incidents happen and their swift response was great. Lastly, it was a nice touch that they offered late checkout for me on the day as I had to leave for my ferry at 3pm. I'm not sure if booking through Expedia as a gold VIP member has anything to do with it but it was lovely for them to make my stay end with a comfy room stay till the end.
