We rented a car from Artemis which is a really nice family run company. They were really helpful and nice from day 1. We arrived to Heraklion by ferry which was almost 1 hour late and Manos was kindly and patiently waiting for us and drove us back to Malia. We were really satisfied with the service and price as well. They gave us recommendation for activities, restaurants, etc felt genuinely nice. Also got some souvenir from Poppy when we left. :) Would highly recommend them and use again in the future!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great company. Competitive price. We accidentally lost our safe key when returning the car and they brought the vehicle back to our hotel so we could locate it. It had dropped out of my bag when my husband dropped me off. So grateful. Excellent service. Highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a family business that couldn't be more honest and friendly. We initially wanted to travel by motorcycle, but after having a talk with the owner we decided to rent a small car. They gave us all information about the costs upfront and everything was very straightforward. They briefed us on all the sights we wanted and about the local traffic laws. We will for surely come back to rent here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sophia and her family were very professional and kind. The rental service was perfect, the car was in outstanding conditions and we didn't have any problems whatsoever in our six-day trip. In addition they were very kind and gave us very detailed advice and suggestions on places/beaches that were worth the visit, which helped us a lot in planning our holiday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Based slightly outside Malia, this company is well worth contacting if you plan to hire a car. The rate was very competitive, the car in immaculate condition and only 12 months old. No hidden charges, friendly and helpful staff. We noticed they rated highly on Google, and think they deserved the very positive comments. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has been by far the friendliest and uncomplicated car rental company I have ever used both in private and business travels. The booking from home went smoothly (via secure MasterPass) and they even brought the car to our lodging place without any extra charge. Even though the Polo was not totally brand new, it was clean, in good shape and there were no issues while driving. We would definitely book again the next time we come to Crete.
