Could find another company in the center with less price for the same car
Even though the comercial was in the hotel so fast and finished all the procedures at the moment

The day after they called him , a woman that work at the agency came to the hotel.
They gave me even a bigger car than I asked ,
I didn’t mind of course .
The car was in a very good condition and cleaned .
After 2 days of traveling , I just had to leave it in the hotel’s parking area and they took it .
It was a very good service and good experience for me .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would definitely go to Byron again if we need a car in Crete! Good price, super service with great efficiency and fast response! Always put their feet in customers' shoes! We even got a free lift from Neapolis to the airport! The best experience in Greece!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly and accommodating staff, entry-level cars at unbeatable prices with unlimited mileage (base insurance only in the advertised price but that's usual). The car I rented wasn't fresh new obviously but did the job very well. Functional A/C and good mechanical condition (a must here given the road profiles). I definitely recommend and they have nice cars also if you have the budget, still unbeatable in the area !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service from Byron. The staff is competent, friendly beyond words and does its best to please you. I strongly recommend Byron during your stay. Please note that you can hire your car at one spot and leave it at another which suits you better ! Very helpful. Finally, their cars are in great condition (I hired from them several times..,)
