Beatufull and quiet place with all ammenities and fantastic pool :) very nice and helpful staff. Close to beach but little far to shops and restaurants - rather recommended car for improve staying here :)

Very beautiful and clean apartments. Great views from your porch and a quiet neighborhood. Short walk to the beach.

We stayed at Artemis for six nights in July 2018. What a fantastic hotel with friendly staff. The kids loved the pool. There was also a ping ping table and outdoor playset for smaller children. We were welcomed with a basket of homemade goodies, including honey, olive oil, jam, etc. There was easy parking onsite. We could also easily walk to the beach and restaurants nearby. We were happy to have a car to travel around Crete however. One note: make sure to read the washing machine manual carefully as some of the cycles can take many hours!!! I will always keep good memories of watching football on the pool terrasse with my English, Columbian and Greek friends. I hope to go back to Artemis some day.

Amazing place, grate location with five minutes walk to the beach. Nice rooms with ultimate privacy while the staff is always attended and sensitive. Happy to assist with everything from birthday cake to good recommendation. Hopefully we will be back. Thank you for everything

Very clean apartment with nice design in- and outside and a big pool. The landlady is super enthusiastic and gives great tips. It is near to the beach and you can reach easily some tavernas and bars. To chill in a relaxing environment with flowers, trees and a nice view to the mountain is just perfect.

Very relaxed and quiet retreat. A good combination of self catering with the option to dine in the pool cafe if you just can't be bothered.

Nice apartments and houses. Maximum 2 floors. Pool is great, phantastic view to the mountains. Newly renovated during the last years. Friendly stuff, fair prices. 5-10 minutes walk to the beach and bay and some taverns.

Amazing!!! The photos on Google do not do this place justice - it’s a total paradise. All of the staff are very friendly and the place itself is just gorgeous and very peaceful. I went mid April and practically had the pool to myself whilst enjoying temperatures of 18-22 which was just right. Note that the pool isn’t heated so you’ve gotta be a bit brave in those cooler months but it’s worth it! Breakfast is optional for €6 and is served by the poolside from 08:00-12:00 which was lovely. Be aware that all the rooms are heatproof so if you are going in the cooler months like I did in April, the rooms can get quite chilly at night. Super comfy beds and the maids come every morning to clean etc just like a hotel. It’s also important to note that the local area Stavros is very remote and there are only a few restaurants by the beach (which weren’t open in the evening in April), so if like me you didn’t have a car, your options are limited. However there is a coach that goes 3 times a day from Stavros to Chania which costs ~£2. I then got a taxi back for €25. This was great for one day trip. Obviously if you have a car there are many things you can do and places you can go. There are two local supermarkets a 15 minute walk away that have pretty much everything you could need to cook in (it’s great that the place is self catered). Only a 15 min drive from the airport too (taxi was €22). Thoroughly enjoyed my stay! Thanks guys!
