Cretan Hospitality: the family gives their local Raki and local peaches to the guests, Giorgios recommended restaurants (Irene in Chorafakia, and Almyriki in Stavros), it's a family establishment with very comfortable apartments furnished with kitchen for longer term stays.

Of course, there is no destination like the one where you believe you are at home, feeling welcome, relaxed and enjoying your neighborhood. Beach, there are two of the best beaches in Xania, away from the madness of the center (Xania city.) George is an excellent host, sharp and receptive. There is no place in the world one can go and feel that they are replenishing quite as much as this. Always a wonderful experience!

A perfect apartment, fully equipped. Nothing is missing except dishwasher and wash mashine. With nice and large balcony. Nice garden and covered parking place

I've been in Greece really many times (since far far 1991), but this is the first time that I can say that I was 'adopted' by this family. I will talk shortly about the apartment (we choose the biggest one, with terrace and balconies): really nice, new furnitures and perfectly tidy and clean. What we really appreciated is the approach: they provide all the things that may be needed when You arrive (sugar, salt, washing-up liquid, soap and body-wash) and more: raki, homemade cookies, fresh fruits and vegetables (from their vegetable garden and trees), cold water. Thus, You don't have to run immediately in order to buy them. It is also present an hair dryer. Now let's talk about the owners: really friendly, they provide all the help You can need (they took care about booking a car for some friends of mine) and, as other guests had issues with their car, they directly called the rent company, managing to solve the issue. George, the son who cares about the house organisation, is a very nice person, always present, trying to provide suggestions for almost everything You can need during a vacation (we discovered really nice places NOT advertised/published, where You can still feel the nice and not turistic Greece). His parents are really polite, they take care about the everyday things in the apartments. We also had with them a nice family Barbeque. What else? Well, what do You need more?

Clean, spacious, high quality. Incredible value. Attentive hospitality, and beautiful grounds. The peaceful location is so relaxing, with many excellent dining options very close by. Several beautiful beaches in the near vicinity. This property is truly a gem, and I'm grateful to have stayed there.

George and his family are most welcoming and helpful hosts. Apartment was very clean, and had a nice view to the garden from the balcony. Unfortunately our stay was short, would have enjoyed a longer visit for sure - felt like visiting a family friend.

Hosts very nice and kind, apartment big and fully equiped. We spent a nice evening with Iani and Riza and the other guest. We rented also two good bicycles to move around, because we had not a car. Beaches in Stavros are close and also minimarket to buy what you need. We felt at home. Thank you!
