★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the opportunity to practice under Aris's guidance whilst I was in Greece on vacation. It was my home away from home. Aris made me feel welcome right away and generously shared his calm and caring nature. He gives very precise adjustments. Will definitely be back next time I'm in Greece. Namaste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I planned the visit to Aris's shala months ago with my holiday trip and it was beyond expectations. I love practicing while traveling because once in a while you can refresh your Astanga practice, see things differently than usual. Aris is attentive to his students but very strict too, you can't be "lazy" around him. He has special adjustments that focus on bandhas, making it very tangible. There's more i could say about his teaching but the best way is you come and experience it yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend practicing at Ashtanga Yoga Athens. The team there are knowledgeable and skilful as well as welcoming and warm. I instantly felt at home in the shala. The shala itself is bright, clean and has everything you need. There is also a shower which is useful after a sweaty practice. The adjustments I received were some of the best I have had in the Ashtanga community! The teachers are extremely generous with their teaching and energy they transmit. I had a truly brilliant experience.

Aris and his team are dedicated and professional teachers, but more than that, they are warm and lovely people. The incredible adjustments and encouragement I’ve received since joining have advanced my practise tremendously and I look forward to evolving further with their guidance. Highly knowledgeable instruction and a positive atmosphere, it is a truly wonderful place to practise at any level! Would highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place. I was staying in Athens for only two days however the attentiveness and adjustments I received were absolutely remarkable. Some of the most skillful yet generous teaching I've ever experienced, especially given the short amount of time I've only had at hand.
Great overall atmosphere; very focused, clear and welcoming.
It's truly been an amazing experience. Would highly recommend practicing there.
